O nosso objectivo é inspirar crianças, a compreenderem a importância de proteger o Meio Ambiente, com atenção mais virada a Taxas Negligenciadas, promovendo práticas sustentáveis e criando um futuro mais .
O termo "Taxas Negligenciadas" refere-se a grupos de espécies ou organismos que são deixados de lado na investigação, proteção e atenção de quem trabalha com a conservação. Isto acontece porque às vezes, há pouco conhecimento sobre eles; outras vezes, é difícil estudar ou proteger os seus habitats; e muitas vezes, a prioridade vai para espécies mais conhecidas e "carismáticas", como os “big five''.
Exemplos claros de espécies negligenciadas incluem insetos, morcegos, répteis, anfíbios e até algumas aves, como os abutres.
Através das imagens, mostramos o impacto desenvolvido nas escolas e comunidades, especialmente na Escola Básica de Malongane, onde cada iniciativa representa um passo importante para um mundo melhor.

Our goal is to inspire children to understand the importance of protecting the Environment, with focus on Neglected Taxa, promoting sustainable practices.
The term "Neglected Taxa" refers to groups of species or organisms that are left aside in the investigation, protection and attention of those who work with conservation. This happens because sometimes there is little knowledge about them; other times it is difficult to study or protect their habitats; and often, the priority goes to more well-known and "charismatic" species, such as the "big five".
Clear examples of neglected species include insects, bats, reptiles, amphibians, and even some birds, such as vultures.
Through the images, we show the impact developed on schools and communities, especially at Malongane Basic School, where each initiative represents an important step to a better world.
