Over the past several weeks, members of our community have participated in the Moza Banco Table Tennis Tournament, demonstrating outstanding sportsmanship throughout the competition. ⏳️

We congratulate Upam, Rishan and Aliyan on securing first place, and Aymaan, Aayan and Naeem on their third place finish. Their achievements reflect the dedication and perseverance they have brought to every match.

Many Ultra-Processed Foods (UPFs) tend to be tastier, making them difficult to resist. They may also be less filling than whole foods, meaning you may need to eat more to feel satisfied.

However, it is important not to vilify all UPFs, as some can still provide useful nutrients. The goal is to make small, realistic, and achievable swaps instead.
