🌟 Meet Your Area Director – Area F3

Today, we proudly introduce Erna Guetsa, the Area F3 Director for District 129.
An accomplished legal professional with over 15 years of experience in Commercial Law, Banking and Insurance, Erna joined Toastmasters in 2023 with a clear purpose: to grow as a communicator and leader. Since then, she has served with dedication as President of Timbila Toastmasters Club and Tribuna Toastmasters Club, always stepping forward to support her clubs and Division F whenever needed.
As Area Director F3, Erna is committed to strengthening clubs through collaboration, educational excellence, member development, and the sharing of best practices.
She believes Toastmasters is far more than a public speaking programme—it is a safe place where people face their fears, discover their voice, develop leadership skills, and become the best version of themselves.
Her leadership reminds us that every great leader begins by helping others grow.
