Under the ELEVA initiative, the Association Vozes das Comunidades, in partnership with IFPLAC Gorongosa, provided young people with technical and vocational training in metalwork, masonry, and electrical installation.
The training focused on strengthening technical and practical skills, as well as employability competencies such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and financial management. The initiative aimed to improve young people’s access to employment and income-generating opportunities, contributing to their sustainable economic inclusion and greater economic autonomy through employment, self-employment, or small business development.
