Culture Unity Carnival Charity Run 2026

Dear participants, parents, seniors and all attendees,
For the health and safety of all participants, the event arrangement will be determined based on the official Air Pollutant Index (API) on the event day, together with relevant safety recommendations.

RUNNING EVENT WILL PROCEED
The Organiser will closely monitor the air quality and strengthen on-site safety, medical and health measures.

🔴 API over 200
RUNNING EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED
However, the Carnival activities will remain OPEN, allowing everyone to continue enjoying the cultural, health and community activities.

⚠️ PARTICIPANT SAFETY REMINDER
Participants are responsible for assessing their own health condition, physical ability and suitability to participate in an outdoor running activity.
If you are feeling unwell, if the air quality is unfavourable, or if you feel that the conditions are unsuitable for you, please do not force yourself to participate.
Seniors, children and participants with health concerns are especially advised to carefully assess their condition before participating and seek advice from family members or healthcare professionals where appropriate.
During the event, if you feel unwell or experience any discomfort, please stop immediately and seek assistance from our event personnel or medical team.

🛡️ EVENT SAFETY ARRANGEMENT
The Organiser will continue to monitor the air quality and on-site conditions throughout the event and take appropriate measures based on relevant safety recommendations.
For the safety of all participants, the Organiser reserves the right to adjust, suspend or cancel the running event based on official air quality data, relevant safety recommendations and actual on-site conditions.
The final event arrangement will be subject to the latest announcement made by the Organiser on the event day.

If the air quality is unfavourable, or if you are unable to attend the run due to health or safety concerns, please do not force yourself to participate.
We want everyone to enjoy the event, but your safety and well-being always come first.

🎒 IF UNABLE TO ATTEND, RACE PACK & MEDAL COLLECTION
If participants are unable to attend the running event due to air quality, health or safety concerns, arrangements will be made for collection of:

🥇 Finisher Medal
📌 Collection date and method will be announced by the Organiser at a later date.
