Taiping Toastmasters Club is a President 's Distinguished Club. Meetings are on the first and third Wednesday of the month. Taiping Toastmasters Club is the 3rd oldest Toastmasters club in Malaysia. Our fifth meeting of the 2026/2027 term was an inspiring success! We gathered with vibrant energy, diving deep into our rich and meaningful theme, "Choose Your Adventure." Through thought-provoking speeches, engaging topics, and spirited discussions, we reflected on how taking initiative and embracing new paths shapes our personal growth and shared values.

Word of the Day: Explore
Definition: To travel through or examine something in order to discover more about it.
How it challenged us: Speakers and role players thoughtfully integrated the word into their segments, reminding us that every speech is an opportunity to explore new ideas, discover our voice, and step beyond our comfort zones. As the Thought of the Day echoed: "Our lives are shaped not only by the destinations we reach, but by the choices we make along the way."

Our 3rd meeting of the term was a resounding success! We kept the momentum alive with incredible energy, diving deep into the bold and inspiring theme, "No Risk, No Story". Our second meeting of July was an evening of renewal, dynamic ideas, and vibrant energy! Gathering under the fitting theme "It’s a Season of Rejuvenation," members and guests embraced the opportunity to reset, refresh their communication goals, and breathe fresh life into their speaking journeys. Taiping Toastmasters Club (District 51 | Division S | Area S1) successfully hosted the 47th Installation of the President & Executive Committee (2026/2027) & Appreciation High Tea on Saturday, 15th August 2026, at Ban Lay 67 Thai Kitchen!

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all members, guests, and VIPs who attended and made this milestone gathering a memorable event. Special gratitude is extended to Area Director S1 Dr. Tai Nyok Ling, PM5, for gracing the occasion, delivering an inspiring speech, and officially conducting the installation ceremony. Highlights of the Day Warm Welcomes: Speech by Organizing Chair & Outgoing President TM Karunamurthy, TC5, along with the recognition of the 2025/2026 outgoing board and the Toastmaster of the Year 2025/2026.
