【Case No. 46 | When the doctor said the words “Leukemia,” this mother nearly broke down】

👶 His name is Givan Noah Veepiandeejoe.
Born in 2023,
he should have been growing up carefree,
learning to talk, run, and play in the arms of his parents.
Instead, fate dealt this family a devastating blow.

💔 It all began with a lump on his neck.
Soon after, he started having recurring fevers.
His family initially thought it was just a normal illness
and brought him to the hospital for a check-up.

However, the doctors arranged further blood tests and a bone marrow examination.

The days spent waiting for the results
were agonizing for the entire family.

Until the day the results came back
The doctor told them that their child had
B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-Cell ALL).

In that moment,
their world seemed to collapse.

🏥 The doctors explained that
there is still a chance for recovery,
but the risk of relapse remains very high.

As a result,
he must undergo long-term chemotherapy treatment
and continue to be closely monitored by the medical team.

To avoid infections,
the family now lives almost in isolation.

They cannot go to crowded places,
cannot freely go out,
and rarely meet relatives or friends.

Their entire lives now revolve around their child's treatment.

During the interview,

👧 她叫 Nur Anis Zahra。

🕊️ Heartfelt thanks to every kind soul who helped little Nur Anis Zahra — she is no longer alone in her fight against illness.

👧 Her name is Nur Anis Zahra.
Born in 2022,
she should have been growing up carefree and happy,
yet at only 3 years old, she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-Cell).

Everything began
with what seemed like just a normal fever.

Her mother initially thought it was only a minor sickness,
but after bringing her to the clinic,
they discovered her blood count was abnormally low.

Further examinations later confirmed
the heartbreaking diagnosis — blood cancer.

At that moment,
their whole world seemed to stop.

🏥 Today, a CBL catheter has already been inserted into her tiny body,
and she now requires long-term chemotherapy treatment.

Since September 2025,
she officially began her long journey fighting cancer.

原本应该是最爱跑跑跳跳的年纪，
如今，却连站起来都没有力气。

💔 Bruno 被诊断患上罕见儿童恶性癌症 —— 肺泡型横纹肌肉瘤（Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma）。

这是一种儿童软组织恶性癌症，
会影响肌肉、四肢、胸部、腹部甚至头颈部。

而现在，
癌症已经让 Bruno 无法正常站立与行走。

📖 一切的开始，
是他连续五天完全不愿意进食。

之后，情况越来越严重，
甚至开始无法走路。

父母当时非常震惊与担心，

【CASE NO. 45 | At only 2 years old, he can no longer stand or walk】
👶 His name is Bruno Hosea.
He is only 2 years and 11 months old.

At an age where children should be running and playing freely,
Bruno no longer has the strength to even stand up.

💔 Bruno has been diagnosed with a rare childhood cancer — Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma.

This is a type of soft tissue cancer in children
that can affect the muscles, limbs, chest, abdomen, and even the head and neck.

And now,
the cancer has caused Bruno to lose the ability to stand and walk normally.

never imagining that the word “cancer”
would become part of his life.

At the beginning,
there was no fever, no obvious discomfort,
just small lumps appearing quietly around his neck.
The family thought it was just a simple infection,
but the lumps gradually spread towards his head.

💔 Doctors then performed a bone marrow test,
and the result came like a thunderbolt — leukemia.

At that moment, the doctor informed them that the child needed
a Central Venous Line (CVL),
and immediate surgery.

🏥 On the day the surgery was completed,
the parents stood outside the ward,
and for the first time truly felt — their world had collapsed.

Because they knew,
not every cancer patient
gets the chance to recover.

🕊️ 感恩每一位善心人士的帮助，让小小的 Hadif 在抗病的路上，不再孤单。

👶 年仅一岁的 Hadif，
原本应该在学习走路、咿呀学语，
却从出生开始，就必须面对心脏疾病的考验。

🩺 他被诊断出心脏有孔与血管狭窄，
出生后因没有哭声，被紧急送入 NICU 留医 12 天，
也在那时，发现了他的心脏问题。

为了延续生命，
他需要接受三次心脏手术。

45 天大时，
他已经经历了人生中的第一次手术；
接下来的关键手术，
仍在等待中。

💔 父亲是一名工厂工人，月收入仅 RM1,700；
母亲则是全职照顾孩子。

在本就不宽裕的情况下，
医疗费用让这个家庭几乎无法承受。

🏡 在社会各界善心人士的支持下，
**RM12,700 的筹款目标已经顺利达标。**

这笔善款将用于支持 Hadif 接下来的治疗与照护，包括：

🕊️ Heartfelt thanks to every kind soul who has helped little Hadif — he is no longer alone in his fight.

👶 At just one year old,
Hadif should be learning to walk and babble,
yet from the very beginning, he has had to face a serious heart condition.

🩺 He was diagnosed with a hole in his heart and narrowed blood vessels.
At birth, he did not cry and was rushed into the NICU for 12 days,
where his condition was discovered.

To continue living,
he needs to undergo three heart surgeries.

At only 45 days old,
he has already gone through his first surgery;
the next critical procedures
are still ahead.

💔 His father is a factory worker earning only RM1,700 per month;
his mother is a full-time caregiver.

With limited income,
the medical expenses became overwhelming for the family.

🏡 With the support of kind-hearted donors,
**the fundraising target of RM12,700 has been successfully achieved.**
