More than 30 years ago, Shanmugam embarked on his Shaklee journey. Through dedication and perseverance, he rose to achieve the prestigious rank of Master Coordinator.

His Shaklee business was more than a source of income. It enabled him to raise his children, provide his family with a comfortable life and build a foundation for the next generation.

🌟 THROWBACK | SDFG 67th ADVANCED LEADERSHIP SEMINAR

One of the memorable highlights of our SDFG 67th Advanced Leadership Seminar (ALS), held on 9–11 October 2026, was the privilege of hearing from two remarkable Shaklee veterans, Lifetime Master Coordinator Rick & Aldona Seymour, who shared their extraordinary journey of more than 50 years with Shaklee.

Their story was not merely about business success. It was about vision, perseverance, commitment, leadership, family, and building a legacy that lasts for generations.

Before pursuing Shaklee full-time, Rick spent 18 years as an aerospace engineer. Rick is also an author of a book on goal-setting, reflecting his passion for personal development, achievement, and helping people realise their potential.

Together with Aldona, they embraced the Shaklee opportunity and built a business that has stood the test of time.

Their greatest achievement is perhaps not simply the recognition they have received, but the lives they have touched, the leaders they have inspired, and the legacy they continue to build.

Listening to Rick and Aldona was a powerful reminder that success is not built overnight.

It takes a dream, a clear purpose, continuous learning, consistent action, and the determination to keep going through different seasons of life.
