OUR COMMUNITY, OUR SAFETY — WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER
A gentle reminder to all residents of USJ 11/3:
• RA & KRT committee members are residents too. We live here, our families live here, and we face the same issues as everyone else.
• We are NOT a management company. We are residents who have voluntarily stepped forward to serve and look after the interests, safety and well-being of our neighbourhood.
• We are NOT here to restrict or inconvenience anyone. Our security measures are introduced with one main purpose to make our taman safer for everyone.
• A management company is appointed to manage and provide services as part of a business. RA & KRT committee members, on the other hand, are volunteers who give their time and effort without personal gain.
• We attend meetings, respond to complaints, communicate with the authorities, follow up on neighbourhood issues and work behind the scenes, often outside our own working hours.
• We cannot do this alone. The strength of our RA & KRT comes from the support and cooperation of the residents.

If you are not yet an RA member, we sincerely encourage you to join.
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to become a member, we still ask for your moral support and understanding.
Our ultimate goal is simple:
🎯 100% support from the residents of USJ 11/3.
With unity and consensus, we can speak with a stronger voice and work more effectively with MBSJ, PDRM and other relevant authorities for improvements in our neighbourhood.
This is not about “us versus them.”
❤️ It is about all of us… our homes, our families and our community.
Let’s work together for a safer, happier and better-managed USJ 11/3.
