LAWATAN MESRA MPP ZON 3 KE BALAI BOMBA & PENYELAMAT SUBANG JAYA

Pengerusi Persatuan Penduduk & KRT USJ 11/3 En. Singam Muniandy, yang juga merupakan Ahli Jawatankuasa MPP ZON 3, telah menghadiri Program Lawatan Mesra MPP ZON 3 ke Balai Bomba & Penyelamat Subang Jaya (SS17) pada 2 Julai 2026.
Lawatan ini bertujuan mengeratkan hubungan kerjasama antara MPP ZON 3 dan Balai Bomba & Penyelamat Subang Jaya melalui sesi perkenalan bersama TPgB Ahmad Fairuz Bin Kamsari, selaku Ketua Balai Bomba & Penyelamat Subang Jaya, penyampaian sumbangan makanan dan minuman ringan kepada anggota bomba serta perbincangan mengenai cadangan penubuhan Bomba Komuniti.
Persatuan Penduduk & KRT USJ 11/3 menyambut baik inisiatif ini sebagai usaha memperkukuhkan kerjasama strategik bersama Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia dalam meningkatkan tahap keselamatan, kesiapsiagaan serta kesejahteraan komuniti setempat.
Semoga jalinan kerjasama yang erat ini akan terus diperkasakan demi manfaat seluruh warga USJ 11/3 dan kawasan sekitarnya.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Persatuan Penduduk USJ 11/3 and KRT USJ 11/3 was successfully conducted today.

On behalf of the committee, I would like to express our sincere appreciation to all residents who took the time to attend and participate in both AGMs. Your presence, support and commitment are vital in strengthening our community.

A special thank you to YB Michelle Ng, ADUN Subang Jaya, for graciously officiating the AGM of Persatuan Penduduk USJ 11/3 and for her continuous support towards our community initiatives.

We are also honoured by the presence of Mr Christopher, Ahli Majlis MBSJ, and sincerely appreciate his attendance and support for our community programmes and development efforts.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to Tn Insp Shahidan Bin Ab Wahab, Ketua Balai Polis USJ 8, for delivering an informative and insightful safety briefing to our residents.

For the KRT USJ 11/3 Election Session 2026–2028, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Muhammad Zariff Haziq Bin Razali, Penolong Pegawai Perpaduan, who served as the Election Officer and professionally conducted the entire election process, ensuring that all procedures were carried out smoothly, transparently and in accordance with the required guidelines.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to our sponsors, Universal Guard Services and The Bear Hug Cafe, for their generous support and contribution towards making today’s event a success.

For the KRT USJ 11/3 Election Session 2026–2028, the existing EXCO team has been retained, with the addition of one new committee member. We look forward to continuing our service and working closely with residents to further improve our neighbourhood.

AGM 2026 Preparation Meeting

The Committee Members of the USJ 11/3 Residents Association (RA) and KRT USJ 11/3 met to discuss preparations for the upcoming Annual General Meetings (AGMs) of both organisations.

As the same committee serves both the Residents Association and KRT, the meeting focused on coordinating arrangements to ensure both AGMs are conducted smoothly and efficiently. Discussions also covered the election of the KRT Committee for the 2026–2028 term.

We encourage all USJ 11/3 residents to attend and participate in this important community event.

Pengerusi, En. Singam Muniandy telah menghadiri Program Hari Bertemu Pelanggan Bulan April 2026 Kontinjen Selangor yang berlangsung di IPD Subang Jaya atas jemputan pihak penganjur.

Program ini membuka ruang kepada komuniti untuk berinteraksi secara langsung dengan pihak polis serta berkongsi pandangan demi meningkatkan keselamatan setempat.

Beliau turut mengambil peluang untuk menyampaikan sepatah dua kata serta memuji IPD Subang Jaya atas kejayaan menurunkan kadar jenayah di daerah ini 👏

Committee members of RA USJ 11/3 attended the meeting requested by MBSJ today (22 April 2026) at 10:00 AM regarding the application for renewal of approval (kelulusan) for our Guarded Community.

The meeting was chaired by the Penolong Pengarah, En. Mohd Saidi bin Alang (Jabatan Perancangan Bandar, MBSJ), with the presence of Ahli Majlis, Mr. Christopher. All required details were presented and clarified, including the necessary documentation requested by MBSJ.

The discussion lasted about one hour and went smoothly. MBSJ has provided clear guidance on the requirements, and we have addressed all key matters raised.

As the RA, we will comply with all rules and regulations set by the authorities to ensure everything is in order.

We are hopeful that the approval will be granted soon.
