Some snapshots from the Green Wira Graduation Showcase on 6 December 2025! 💚
It was a fun one-day celebration bringing together our amazing teachers and everyone who made GWP 2.0 a success! 🎉

Highlights included the seed-funded teachers’ project presentations and booths, GWP exhibition, public society and vendor booths, GWP alumni booths, and even a workshop!

A look back at the highlights of Green Wira Showcase 2025 💚
Relive the highlight moments from the Green Wira Graduation Showcase on 6 December 2025, celebrating our GWP 2.0 educators and their zero waste journey.

This one-day showcase brought together our collaborators, government representatives, stakeholders, and media friends to celebrate the impact of the Green Wira Programme (GWP), an education-driven initiative empowering teachers across Malaysia with sustainability knowledge and practical zero-waste implementation in schools.

Through structured online modules, expert-led webinars, a physical bootcamp, and customised coaching, 254 educators were equipped to drive sustainability in their schools. We are proud to see the Top 3 schools receive RM30,000 in seed funding to bring their dream projects to life over the past few months.

Thank you to our collaborators: Yayasan Bursa Malaysia, Axiata Foundation, Amazon Web Services, and PwC Malaysia for standing with us in building more zero waste schools in Malaysia.

🌍 Tahukah anda? Setiap sekolah boleh menghasilkan kira-kira 16kg sisa makanan sehari!

Melalui , jom baca bagaimana Cikgu Rajamani dan murid Rakan Alam Sekitar mengubah sisa makanan kantin menjadi sumber untuk baja kompos. 🍀🥬

Baja yang dihasilkan bukan saja menyuburkan kebun sayur sekolah, tapi juga membudayakan pendidikan kelestarian dalam kalangan murid. 🌿✨

Bagaimana p**a sekolah cikgu uruskan sisa makanan kantin? Kongsikan dengan kami di ruangan komen! 💬

Watch the documentary to explore SJK(C) Pui Ying’s journey into the 5Rs through Sudut Hijau MRF. Together, these Green Wira teachers have built a space for the school community to practise some of the 5Rs and a hub for environmental education, awareness & systematic waste management.

Cikgu Ooi Cheah Shin and Cikgu Tan Baohua are one of the GWP 2.0 seed-funded teachers who received RM10,000 in seed funding to implement their environmental project at their school!

Watch the documentary to dive into his journey and the impact of his project in the school. His project aims to manage food waste from the school’s canteen whilst empowering students with hands-on learning.

Cikgu Suhaimi is one of the GWP 2.0 seed-funded teachers who received RM10,000 in seed funding to implement his environmental project at his school!
