这次SME Youth 有幸带领 Taylor's University Biz Pod 师生走进 OE Resort，展开一场充满启发的企业参访，让同学们近距离了解企业的发展历程、经营理念，以及品牌如何从零开始，一步步发展成为马来西亚具代表性的团建度假村。 透过企业分享、实地参观与互动交流，同学们不仅深入了解企业经营的思维与挑战，也从实际案例中学习品牌成长、团队管理及创新发展的重要价值，让课堂知识与产业实践真正接轨。 SME Youth 始终致力于搭建产业与校园之间的桥梁，推动更多产学合作与企业交流，为青年创造更多走进企业、接触产业、拓展视野的学习机会。 感谢 Taylor's University Biz Pod 师生积极参与，让这趟企业参访收获满满，也期待未来继续举办更多企业交流活动，为青年打造更广阔的学习平台，培育更多具备国际视野与实践能力的未来企业人才。
SME Youth was honored to lead the students and faculty of Taylor's University Biz Pod on an inspiring corporate visit to OE Resort, where participants gained valuable insights into the company's journey, business philosophy, and how it has grown from the ground up into one of Malaysia's leading team-building resort destinations.
Through insightful sharing sessions, an immersive site tour, and meaningful interactions, students had the opportunity to explore real-world business operations, understand the challenges of entrepreneurship, and learn firsthand about brand building, leadership, innovation, and sustainable business growth. It was an experience that truly bridged classroom knowledge with industry practice.
