Junior Chamber International Sitiawan (JCIS) is founded by Prince Tok in the year 2012. JCIS is duly registered under the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Malaysia on 29-6-2012 and affiliated to Junior Chamber International Malaysia (JCIM).
实兆远国际青年商会（实兆远青商会）是在2012年由卓己福青商所创立的。实兆远青商会是附属于马来西亚国际青年商会（大马青商会）的其中一个分会并于2012年6月29日正式在马来西亚青年体育部注册。
The first chapter found in Malaya is JCI Kuala Lumpur which i
s formed before independent in the year 1954. JCI Malaysia is formed when 3 area ie. Peninsular, Sabah and Sarawak is jointed together in the year 1975. Therefore every year there are FIVE major convention held in Malaysia ie. ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION, AREA PENINSULAR CENTRAL SOUTH CONVENTION, AREA PENINSULAR NORTH CONVENTION, AREA SARAWAK CONVENTION and AREA SABAH CONVENTION.
马来亚第一个青商分会是吉隆坡青商会，成立于独立前的1954年。大马青商会于1975年联合半岛区会，沙巴区会和沙捞越区会正式成立。所以在马来西亚，我们每年都会举办五场大型会员大会，即常年全国会员大会，半岛中南部区会，半岛北部区会, 沙捞越区会和沙巴区会。

The purpose of Junior Chamber International is to contribute to the advancement of global community by providing the opportunity for you people to develop leadership skills, social responsibility, entrepreneurship, and fellowship necessary to create positive change and to attract and motivate more teenagers to take part in business events. Junior Chamber International operates on the premise that development of individual characters and personality will result in better developed communities and eventually, a more peaceful world.
国际青商会的宗旨，主要是发展青年的才智，结合有志青年的 力量，经由举办各种服务社区的活动，发展他们的社区责任， 学习领导技巧，建立交谊友情及促进对人类文化生活，社会及生命创造更积极的改变。鼓励更多年轻人参与商业活动与计划. 国际青商会的运作，是透过结合每位成员发挥专长，为社区及国家营造更和平的环境。我们深信学习的目的不只是让一个人在工作上有所表现，而是能使每个人的生活做更好的准备。
