ADVANCED CARE PLANNING TALK CONDUCTED IN ENGLISH BY DR KWEH TING YI

Palliative Care Physician, Dr Kweh Ting Yi was again present at MPCS to conduct a talk in English on Advanced Care Planning. The hour long talk covered the topic "Advanced Care Planning: Decide for Future Medical Treatment and Care".

Our president, Dr Lee, acted as master of ceremonies for this session. There was also a Q & A session at the end where members of the audience fielded questions to both Dr Kweh and Dr Lee.

It is hoped that those who attended the talk will have a better understanding of advanced medical treatment and care planning for patients.

Thank you, Dr Kweh, for your insightful presentation on advance care planning. The audience seemed really engaged. Your willingness to share your expertise with us is truly appreciated. Thank you for making our event a success!

ADVANCED CARE PLANNING TALK BY DR KWEH TING YI

Our heartfelt gratitude and thanks to Palliative Care Physician, Dr Kweh Ting Yi who was present at MPCS to give a talk on Advanced Care Planning. The hour long talk covered the topic "Advanced Care Planning: Decide for Future Medical Treatment and Care".

The talk for today was conducted in Mandarin. There will be another talk on the same topic in English on 28 June 2025.

Response to this talk was encouraging with more than 40 attendees including our president, Dr Lee, founder Datin Teong, committee members and volunteers.

It is hoped that at the end of the session, those present will have a better understanding of advanced medical treatment and care planning for patients.
