Tennis starts small.
Not with trophies or big matches,
but with that first swing,
the first miss,
the first time the ball finally connects.
A quiet court.
A bit of space.
The freedom to try, fail, and try again.
That’s where it begins—
where confidence grows,
where discipline forms,
where passion takes root.
Every great player was once just a beginner
with a racket that felt too big
and a dream that didn’t yet have shape.
Start small.
Grow strong!

Too young to play tennis? Think again! 🎾
Some say under five is too early, but kids at four or five are full of energy — if they don’t play sports, they’re running and jumping anyway. At this age, short sessions with lots of breaks are perfect. The goal isn’t perfect technique yet, it’s fun! Let them hit, push, and chase the ball, play games with the racket — even at two years old, you can start introducing tennis. Make it enjoyable, playful, and exciting, and they’ll fall in love with the sport naturally. 💛
What age do you think is ideal to start playing tennis? Or when did you start? 🤔
