Sun, soil, and smiles all around 🌞🌱💛

Our young adults with disabilities, together with dedicated teachers, supportive parents and amazing committee members, had a joyful day at the vegetable farm and durian orchard 🌿🌳 It was truly a day of togetherness—learning while exploring side by side.

While the durian trees weren’t fruiting this time, that did not stop the fun! 😄 The group enjoyed discovering how the orchard is cared for while imagining and anticipating the “king of fruits” for our next visit 👑

From harvesting fresh vegetables to sharing little moments of achievement, the day was filled with confidence-building, connection and lots of happy memories despite the scorching sun.🌞💛
The best part? The mosquitoes gave us a break this time. 🦟✨

Grateful for the teamwork, care and beautiful moments that were created together ✨

A Heartwarming Afternoon of Gratitude and Connection 🌸

This afternoon was a special day filled with gratitude and togetherness💛

After the handover of a newly donated van from the Malaysian Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, our amazing young adults with disabilities rolled up their sleeves to prepare, wash, cook and even clean up - a simple yet meaningful lunch of nasi lemak with chicken curry with the guidance from their beloved teachers. 🫶🏼

What made it even more heartwarming was the love and effort poured into every dish! It has indeed been a reflection of joy that these young adults bring into everything that they do thus far. There was just so much pride in each plate of nasi lemak. 😎

A big thank you to the Church for their generosity and to everyone who continues to support inclusion and empowerment in our community. 🌿

🏮🥮Monday Mooncake Magic 🥮🏮
Who says tradition cannot be fun? 😀
The last Magnificent Monday, our amazing group of Young Adults with special needs, came together for a fun and flavourful mooncake-making workshop. It was a merveilleux success! 💪🏼✨
With three refreshing fillings - peach 🍑, mango 🥭 and honeydew 🍈, we put a fruity twist on a timeless tradition.
From cleaning the moulds to perfecting those iconic imprints, everyone brought their A-game to the table - whether it was a first-time try or a yearly tradition, each mooncake was made meticulously. 🩷
A big shoutout to everyone who joined and helped make it such a meaningful and remarkable experience! Here’s to keeping the tradition alive in our own fun and flavourful ways!🤩
