We’re delighted to have successfully hosted the Projects for Happiness 2.0 – Happiness Impact Bootcamp today, engaging nearly 80 groups (about 130 students) both online and offline. The session focused on strengthening participants’ capacity in project development and preparing them for the upcoming evaluation stage.

Jointly organised with Malaysian Social Entrepreneurs Foundation (MSEF) Malaysian Social Entrepreneurs Foundation（MSEF）马来西亚社会企业家基金, our heart-felt thanks to the Ministry of Higher Education’s SULAM Taskforce Service Learning Malaysia University for Society - SULAM KPT, partners and supporters, for your support in making this possible! 😆

We received 200 applications and have shortlisted 80 eligible projects. The next step is evaluation, and we look forward to announcing this year’s PFH2.0 grant recipients!

Special thanks to our trainers: Mr. Cheng Ping Keat PK郑秉吉 (Chairman of My Starfish Foundation), En Rezaidi Ishak(Director of Training & Skills Development, Malaysian Relief Agency), Dr Mohd Hafiz Abu Hassan(Deputy Chair, MOHE SULAM Taskforce, USIM) and Ms Mala K (Director of Future of Work, MEREKA) for your insightful sharing, participants learned so much valuable lessons!

我们非常高兴成功举办了“幸福计划2.0——幸福影响力训练营”，共有近80组（约130名学生）通过线上与线下参与。本次训练营重点在于提升参与者的项目策划能力，并为即将到来的评审环节做好准备。

“幸福计划2.0”是大马海星公益平台与马来西亚社会企业家基金(社企）联办、及与高等教育部SULAM工作小组配合推广，我们衷心得到大家的信任与支持让本项目得以顺利推进——我们即将进入评审阶段！😆

本次共收到200份申请，筛选出80个符合条件的项目。接下来将进入评审阶段，敬请期待本年度PFH2.0资助项目的公布！

昨天，我们走进了马来西亚华社研究中心，进行一场非常有意义的交流与学习。

大马海星公益平台主席郑秉吉、总经理刘贵城及蔡锦莉，与华研董事主席姚迪刚、署理主席拿督杨扩添、义务财政姚迪聪、义务副财政拿督斯里蔡宝强，以及学术委员会主任张运华博士会面，深入了解他们在资料收集与学术研究方面的重要工作。

让人敬佩的是，华研仅有12位全职员工，却承担着庞大的任务——从资料收集、图书馆管理、书报扫描与电子化，进行学术研究及办研讨会、到人工智能化与电子图书馆建设，每一步都在为马来西亚华人文化与历史留下珍贵的足迹。

我们也向华研介绍了大马海星公益平台的使命与角色，并决定以实际行动支持他们的发展 ❤️

接下来，我们明年将通过义卖1000副春联，为华研的发展计划贡献一份力量。

文化的保存，需要时间，也需要同行的人。很高兴，我们在这条路上相遇。

Our team from My Starfish Foundation paid a courtesy visit to the Malaysia Chinese Research Centre for a meaningful exchange yesterday.

We gained deeper insight into their impactful work in research, archives, and digitalisation—managed by a small but dedicated team of just 12 full-time staff.

To support their ongoing efforts in preserving culture and knowledge, we will be organising a charity sale of 1,000 Chinese New Year couplets next year.
