A day spent giving, connecting and learning together.

Our EduCARE team recently made their way to Kg RPS Orang Asli Sungai Bilut, Pahang, bringing together 42 volunteers, including volunteers from Baker Hughes, for a meaningful day with the local Orang Asli community.

Led by Muhammad Afiq Lay, Ezechiel & Syaziema, the visit was not just about lending a helping hand. It was about spending time with the community, building genuine connections and creating a better understanding of the people and communities around us.

With the support of Declan from Baker Hughes, our volunteers were also given the opportunity to step outside their everyday environment, develop greater empathy and understand how small acts of participation can contribute to a stronger and more caring society.

Because sometimes, the most meaningful part of giving back is simply showing up, connecting with others and being willing to learn.

Sometimes, giving back is more than providing what people need — it is also about creating opportunities to learn, explore, and experience something new.

Our volunteers, led by GV EduCARE Program recipients Amir, Ghazali & Izaida, brought 33 beneficiaries from Rumah Kebajikan Baitul Ehsan Al-Khairi KL for a visit to Planetarium Negara, creating a meaningful day filled with discovery, curiosity, and shared moments.

With 7 dedicated volunteers, this simple outing became an opportunity to inspire young minds, broaden horizons, and remind our community that every individual deserves the chance to learn, dream, and experience the world around them.

Because community empowerment begins when we create opportunities, and giving back means making sure no one is left behind.

Sometimes, all it takes is someone believing in you.

Meet Alliya, one of the students supported through the Great Vision Scholarship Programme. Her journey has not always been easy, but through the challenges, she continues to learn, grow, and hold on to her dreams.

For us, supporting students is more than providing financial assistance. It is about giving them the opportunity, encouragement and space to keep moving forward — especially during the moments when they may struggle to believe in themselves.

Alliya reminds us that our struggles today do not have to define our future.

We are grateful to be a small part of her journey, and we look forward to seeing where her dreams take her.

What better way to celebrate Malaysia’s Merdeka spirit than through art, culture and meaningful connections?

Our GV EduCARE Charity Project brought together 50 participants at Lighthouse Charity Welfare Home Association, Bangsar for a special batik workshop with MyBatik. The children had the opportunity to learn about the traditional batik-making process, explore their creativity and create their very own batik artwork.

The celebration continued with a fun session of Batu Seremban, introducing the children to one of Malaysia’s traditional games while creating moments of laughter, learning and friendship.

A meaningful day of culture, creativity and connection celebrating Merdeka together, one experience at a time.

Learning Through Chocolate Experience

On 1st June 2026, the Safe & Quality Choco Tour brought children from House of Joy and Good Samaritan Home to the Chocolate Museum, Kota Damansara, for an educational and interactive learning journey.

The visit aimed to increase children's awareness of food safety while providing hands-on experiences that encouraged creativity, teamwork, and crafting skills. Through fun and engaging activities, the children explored the fascinating world of chocolate and discovered that learning can be both meaningful and enjoyable. 💙✨
