Not all communication challenges are simply speech delay. Some early signs of autism can look very similar to language delay, which is why it's important to consider a child's overall development, communication, play, and social interaction skills.

If you have concerns about your child's development, consult a paediatrician or psychologist for a comprehensive assessment. Early identification can help children access the support they need.
