Autism doesn’t exist in isolation. Many autistic people also experience OCD, a combination known as a comorbidity.

Because OCD and ASD can look similar on the outside, their differences are often misunderstood. What looks like “just routines” or “habits” may actually be driven by anxiety, fear, or a need for regulation.
