[SUJUD TANPA HALANGAN: CERAMAH CARA MENUNAIKAN SOLAT KETIKA SAKIT]

Pada 28 Jun 2026, Program Sujud Tanpa Halangan: Ceramah Cara Menunaikan Solat Ketika Sakit telah berjaya dilaksanakan dengan kerjasama pihak yang terlibat. Sesi ini telah disampaikan oleh Ustaz Fathur Radzi Bin Muslim, yang berkongsi panduan mengenai tatacara menunaikan solat bagi individu yang sedang sakit berdasarkan syariat Islam.

Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kefahaman pelajar Kejururawatan tentang rukhsah (keringanan) dalam ibadah solat ketika menghadapi keuzuran, di samping memberi pendedahan kepada kaedah yang betul agar ibadah dapat terus dilaksanakan mengikut kemampuan masing-masing.

Semoga perkongsian yang diberikan dapat memberi manfaat dan menjadi panduan kepada semua pelajar dalam mengamalkan ilmu yang dipelajari.

[RECAP HEALTH EDUCATION: STRESS AND RESILIENCE]

On 24 January 2026, the Health Education programme on Stress and Resilience was conducted online via Microsoft Teams. The session featured Puan Nurul Fatin Atirah, Senior Staff Nurse from Subang Jaya Medical Centre, who shared valuable insights on stress management and resilience. The programme also included an interactive Q&A session with students, allowing participants to engage directly and clarify their questions.

We hope this session inspires students to manage stress effectively and build resilience in their daily lives. Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to the success of this programme.
