清平乐之家在基层有3间活动室，分别设有电视、桌椅、吧台等，供长者自由使用。无论是制作手工品、跟随影片做柔软操、围圈分享会等，都能在活动室进行，满足长者们不同的活动需求。

除了团体活动，长者也可以在窗外绿植环绕下阅读、玩数独等，享受独处的时光。

无论是与人互动，还是享受片刻宁静，清平乐之家都致力为长者打造舒适自在的生活环境。

A quiet afternoon at Harmony Hill Home — a senior resident enjoys a relaxing moment reading the newspaper in the activity room.

With three activity rooms on the ground floor, residents have access to comfortable spaces equipped with televisions, tables, chairs and a refreshment counter. These spaces provide opportunities for various activities, from handicrafts and exercise sessions to group sharing activities, allowing seniors to stay engaged and connected.

Residents can also enjoy their own quiet time by reading, playing Sudoku, or simply taking in the greenery outside the windows. Whether through social activities or peaceful moments alone, Harmony Hill Home offers a comfortable environment for seniors to enjoy their daily lives.

#健康就是最大的财富

长者齐做NESH V5 #健康操，强身健体增活力☀️

#清平乐之家 的长者们每天都会运动，有时做团康，有时做眼保健操等等。

趁着天气晴朗，长者们在清平乐之家营运长郑翠群Lillian的带领下，一起在大厅外做NESH V5健康操，既避免阳光直射，又能够感受自然凉风。

营运长和职工们还贴心地为长者们准备了椅子，让有需要的长者可以扶靠椅背维持平衡。

Residents come together to practice the NESH V5 health exercise, staying active and energized ☀️

At Harmony Hill Home, physical activity is part of daily life. The elders take part in group activities regularly — from recreational exercises to eye-care routines and more.

Under the guidance of COO Lillian Chang, the elders gathered just outside the main hall to perform the NESH V5 health exercise, enjoying the fresh air while avoiding direct sunlight.

Staff thoughtfully prepared chairs for those who needed support, allowing residents to hold on for balance and move comfortably and safely.

#清平乐之家 坐落于士毛月山区，周边环绕着山林，远离了城市的喧嚣，长者们在这里过着安宁闲适的生活。

要让长者们一日三餐均吃得健康，是一件不容易的事。

幸运的是，有一群义工和职员，每日为长者们烹调三餐素食，用心搭配营养， #让长者们吃得健康，吃得安心。

营养均衡的主食和配菜，再配上一小碗热汤，暖胃又暖心。看似简单的一餐，却饱含义工和职员们对长者的关怀。

因原有的厨师离开了，暂由营运总监郑翠群丶卫生和社联经理黄清慧丶宗教导师悟善法师轮流料理。除了三餐，清平乐的两位长者——刘玉梅和Alice还会协助准备茶点。他们的不吝付出，守护了长者们的均衡营养。

Surrounded by the peaceful greenery of Semenyih, life at Harmony Hill Home is calm, comforting, and close to nature.

Ensuring three healthy meals a day is never a simple task.

Thankfully, volunteers and staff lovingly prepare three vegetarian meals daily for the residents, making sure every meal is both healthy and comforting.

A warm bowl of soup, a balanced plate of food — simple, but filled with care. Every meal carries quiet thoughtfulness and kindness for the residents.

祝福清平乐之家的六位长者 #生日快乐！🎉

这一天，义工们用心准备了午餐，餐桌上还摆放着三个蛋糕，分别代表了一月份丶二月份丶三月份的生日蛋糕。清平乐之家营运总监郑翠群Lilian为寿星们挂上特别准备的绶带，更增添了欢庆的气氛。

寿星们手握着手，合心切第一刀，所有长者一同分享蛋糕与美食，也分享喜悦与祝福，大家的脸上都洋溢着幸福的笑容。

清新，是许多人一踏入清平乐之家首先会有的想法。

#自然景观营造舒适氛围🌳

清平乐之家围绕着山林，建筑本体前后还各有两处露天庭院，栽种着许多绿植，空气也清新流通，是长者们平日晒太阳的好地方。

前方的庭院中央有块弯月型的岩石，刻有“清平乐之家”五字。这是在建院时，拓荒开掘出来的其一石块，因造型奇趣，被留下来作园景。大门两侧的各式岩石也有着相同的身世。

大厅中央以绿叶环绕着岩石，绿意自然的景观，让居住的长者与来访的客人都能感受到舒适的氛围。

#养老生活闲趣多☀️

后方的庭院就在食堂的旁边，设有简单的运动设施。这座庭院四周就是长者们平时的生活区域，长者们只消几步路就可以在院子里活络胫骨，非常方便。

清平乐之家每天都会为长者们规划活动，比如做保健操、手工制作、团康游戏等，有益身心的同时也丰富长者们的生活趣味。

✨🧧长者义工齐做3000罐紫菜卷，浓浓年味迎新春🧧✨

清平乐之家的长者们，在国际佛光会和本家义工的指导和协助下，做出了3000罐鲜香脆口的新年年饼——紫菜卷！

紫菜卷用料简单但工序一点也不马虎，从准备材料到完成装罐，大小步骤都由长者和义工们亲力亲为，每一口年饼都能吃出用心手作的美味。❤️

参与制作的人们齐心协力，仿佛回到儿时一家大小齐聚做年饼的传统新年气氛，让温情充实了大家的心。

🌷感谢义工和长者们的集体劳作佳绩 !

With guidance and support of volunteers from Harmony Hill Home and the BLIA, our seniors worked hand in hand to prepare 3,000 jars of crispy seaweed crackers.

From preparation to packing, every step was carefully handmade by our seniors and volunteers, reflecting their dedication, teamwork, and heart. The process brought back the warmth of shared traditions and filled our home with meaningful moments together.❤️

A heartfelt thank you to all our seniors and volunteers for this wonderful collective effort.🌷
