🦁 Extra! Extra! Lions Club of SBR Rengit Johor Makes Headlines! 🗞️✨

We are thrilled to share that our recent successes at the 64th Lions MD 308 Convention have been featured in the news! It has been a season of triple blessings for our club: International recognition, District excellence, and a new leadership team.

🌟 International President’s Certificate of Appreciation
A massive congratulations to our Region Chairperson, Lion Tan Sian Hian, for being honoured by International President A.P. Singh. This prestigious award recognizes his outstanding contributions to the "Mission 1.5" initiative and his commitment to the spirit of "Lead to Serve, Serve to Lead". He was also presented with commemorative medals and mementos as a token of the International headquarters' high regard for his hard work.

🏆 District 308 B3 Award Highlights
Our club's active service throughout the 2025-2026 fiscal year was highly rewarded:
✅ Excellence Club Award(Club management & service excellence)
✅ Excellence President Award: Lion Tan Tong Guan

🤝 New Board of Directors Installation
The event also marked the official installation of our 2026-2027 Board of Directors, led by President Lion Tan Tong Guan, Secretary Lion Tan Yng Yng, and Treasurer Lion Aw Yong Leong Sin.

As President Tan Tong Guan shared, these awards are the fruit of the unity and selfless service of all our members. We are ready to use this momentum to bring even more warmth and help to the Rengit community!

🚀 HARI BERSEJARAH: KEMASUKAN STOK INDUK CACING ANC DI HAB UTAMA! 🚀
Hari ini merupakan satu lagi pencapaian besar (milestone) bagi Projek Rengit Bio-Gold! Kami secara rasminya telah memasukkan 16kg stok induk cacing African Night Crawler (ANC) ke dalam rak-rak bedding yang telah sedia di Hab Utama Zon Selatan. 🐛🌱

🚀 HARI BERSEJARAH: KEMASUKAN STOK INDUK CACING ANC DI HAB UTAMA! 🚀
Hari ini merupakan satu lagi pencapaian besar (milestone) bagi Projek Rengit Bio-Gold! Kami secara rasminya telah memasukkan 16kg stok induk cacing African Night Crawler (ANC) ke dalam rak-rak bedding yang telah sedia di Hab Utama Zon Selatan. 🐛🌱

Apa yang berlaku hari ini?

Pelepasan Rasmi: 16kg cacing ANC dilepaskan ke habitat baharu yang kaya dengan media organik berkualiti tinggi.

Pemantauan Rapi: Jawatankuasa projek memastikan setiap kelompok cacing berada dalam keadaan sihat dan aktif untuk memulakan proses transformasi sisa pertanian menjadi baja vermikompos premium.

Sokongan Padu: Terima kasih kepada semua ahli jawatankuasa yang turun padang membantu proses pemindahan stok induk ini dengan jayanya.

Kenapa Cacing ANC?
Cacing jenis ini dipilih kerana keupayaannya memproses sisa organik dengan sangat pantas dan menghasilkan baja vermikompos yang paling bermutu untuk pasaran.

Dengan kemasukan "pekerja" bioteknologi ini, fasa pengeluaran baja "Bio-Gold" kini bermula secara rasmi! Kami komited untuk terus memacu ekonomi hijau dan membantu 75 peserta komuniti Rengit mencapai taraf hidup yang lebih baik.

Sama-sama kita doakan agar projek ini terus membuahkan hasil yang lumayan untuk kita semua! 🦁🌿🐛

🌿 Zon Tengah Kini Bermula! Melangkah Ke Arah Masa Depan Hijau 🌿
Berita baik buat komuniti! Kami dengan terujanya ingin mengumumkan bahawa persiapan bagi Zon Tengah telah pun bermula secara rasmi hari ini. 🚚💨

Seperti yang dijanjikan dalam Kertas Cadangan Projek Ekonomi Hijau, kami komited untuk membina ruang yang bukan sahaja produktif tetapi juga mampan. Gambar-gambar ini menunjukkan fasa awal penghantaran bahan binaan—tiang simen, bata, dan simen—yang akan menjadi tunjang kepada fasiliti zon baru kita nanti.

Apa yang sedang berlaku?
Logistik & Bahan: Penghantaran bahan binaan berkualiti tinggi telah selamat sampai ke tapak.

Persiapan Tapak: Pemasangan tiang pagar dan penentuan sempadan sedang giat dijalankan bagi memastikan keselamatan dan struktur yang teratur.

Semangat Komuniti: Pasukan kami sedang bekerja keras di lapangan untuk memastikan setiap perancangan dalam kertas cadangan diterjemahkan kepada realiti.

Mengapa Projek Ekonomi Hijau?
Projek ini bertujuan untuk memperkasakan ekonomi setempat melalui amalan pertanian bandar dan pengurusan sumber yang lebih hijau. Zon Tengah ini bakal menjadi hub aktiviti yang akan memberi manfaat kepada kita semua!

Small Actions, Big Impact! Beach Cleaning at Tanjung Balau 🌊

During the 64th Lions MD 308 Convention, the Lions Club of SBR Rengit Johor joined forces with fellow Lions for a meaningful environment project!

​Early on May 2nd, we headed to Pantai Tanjung Balau, Desaru for a massive beach cleaning session. It was wonderful to see everyone working together to protect our beautiful coastline and keep our oceans plastic-free.
​From the hard work on the sand to the fun entertainment (including a clown!), it was a morning well spent for a great cause. Let’s keep our beaches clean for generations to come! 🌍💙

​5月2日一早，我们齐聚 迪沙鲁丹绒巴劳海滩 (Pantai Tanjung Balau)。大家齐心协力清理海滩垃圾，用实际行动守护我们美丽的海岸线，保护海洋生态环境。🌍💙

​虽然汗流浃背，但看到干净的海滩和大家热情的参与（现场还有小丑表演加油打气！），一切都非常值得。保护环境，从我做起！
