14 May 2026 - Our seniors squad. From left: Chocolate, Zam, Noi Noi & Patsy.
The greying faces say it all. They have aged beautifully and gracefully through the years. We believe they are about 13 years old this year.
Chocolate was found roaming a housing area with her mother, back when the place was still a brand new development with barely any strays around. Zam and his siblings were spotted after being freshly dumped right outside our gate by one of our crew members then.
Noi Noi was one of the puppies handed over by a taxi driver.Left behind on a busy highway, they were thankfully spotted by him. Tiny and fragile then, he had to be bottle-fed every 4 hours by our fosterer.
And Patsy, she was the unexpected “plus one.” We had originally agreed to help an old stray dog who was dying on the streets, but without our agreement, another young dog was sent along too, Patsy. Despite the surprise, we took her in as well, and she has remained part of the family ever since.
Years later, here they are. Safe, loved, well-fed, and growing old together at the Sanctuary.
Old is truly gold at the Sanctuary. Our seniors are always precious and hold a very special place in our hearts.
Do support our kibble campaign as we try to stock up before the upcoming price increase.

"The love you give to those who cannot repay you is the purest kind and karma never overlooks it.”
We truly hope the public will not overlook the Sanctuary simply because things appear stable, the animals look healthy and we do not carry outstanding debts.
Behind the scenes, every day still requires immense commitment, careful planning and discipline to keep the Sanctuary running responsibly.
We simply cannot do this alone without the support and kindness of our supporters.
We may not be wealthy, but we remain deeply dedicated to giving these animals the care, dignity, and lifelong security they deserve.
