Shi Tiesheng- He born in Beijing, China on January 4,1951. He is a famous Chinese writer, film screenwriter, vice chairman of Beijing Writers Association and vice chairman of China Disabled Writer Association.

In April 1969, he returned to Beijing for treatment due to waist and leg disease. September 1971, his condition worsened. January 5, 1972, after 1 and a half years of treatment in Beijing Friendship Hospital, he began to use a wheelchair. In 1974, he suffered from kidney disease and went to home to recuperate and engaged in writing. In 1979 he published his first novel "Professor of Law and His Wife" . In 1998, he was diagnosed with uraemia. December 31, 2010, Shi Tiesheng died of a sudden cerebral haemorrhage in hospital.

Shi Tiesheng representative works: "My Distant Qingping Bay" , "I and the Earth Alter" , "Retreat Notes".

Awards won: National Award of Excellent Short Story(1983), The First Lu Xun Literature Award(1998), The Third Lu Xun Literary Award for Essays and Essays (2004),Annual Outstanding Achievement Award of Chinese Literature Media Awards (2002),First Prize of the First Lao She Prose Award (2002),The First Blooming Literature and Art Achievement Award (2009).

On the 25th of July, we visited Dual Blessing Bhd 双福升维发展协会 . We had visited different departments, such as the IT department, kitchen, Account department and baking workshop.
In the baking workshop, we saw they were making cookies. We had learnt the process of making cookies and nougat. Behind the cookies is their hard work and time to make. Baking is their daily routine. 🫶🏻🫰🏻
