济世堂将联合蒲种汉民华文小学校友会，于 2025年12月27日（星期六），上午10时至下午4时，在 蒲种汉民华文小学 举办一项捐血活动。
在此诚挚呼吁各界人士踊跃参与。您的一袋热血，或许就是他人重生的希望。
捐血献希望，恩情永不忘！
Hi, a blood donation campaign will be organised by cooperation of Persatuan Kebajikan Ji Shi and SJK(C) Han Ming Alumni, Puchong on 27/12/2025 (Saturday), from 10.00am to 4.00pm, at hall of SJK(C) Han Ming.
Your involvement and support are a life-saving act of solidarity and your kindness will never be forgotten!
🩸 捐血条件 Donation Requirements ：
* 年龄 Age：18–60岁（17岁需父母同意书；首次捐血者最高 55 岁）
* Age: 18–60 (17 requires parental consent; first-time donors up to 55)
* 体重 Weight：至少 At least 45kg
* 睡眠 Sleep：至少 At least 5 hours
* 当天身体状况良好 No fever or illness
* 捐血前不可空腹 Do not donate on an empty stomach
* 无严重疾病 No major illnesses（heart disease, cancer, epilepsy, etc.)
* 抗生素 Antibiotics：停药后 After stopping medication — 1 week
* 纹身 / 耳洞 / 针灸 Tattoos / Piercing / Acupuncture（non-disposable needle）：3 个月 months
* 重大手术 Major surgery：6 个月 months
* 怀孕、哺乳期 Pregnant or breastfeeding：不能捐 Not eligible to donate
