马来西亚创业促进会（简称青创会“PUMM”）是马来西亚一个由多元种族组成的青年商务协会，由创会会长丹斯里李金友联同大马多位高瞻远瞩的企业家共同发起并于1993年7月10日正式成立。获得时任首相敦马哈迪医生的鼎力支持。这些年来，团队透过雄厚的实力与无间的热忱，完成了多项极富意义的活动。
青创会的使命就是为大马新进创业家提供各类协助，实现创业梦想；打造一个永续学习与商业交流平台，造就青年创业家为国家整体经济做出贡献，俾让企
业与国家经济一起腾飞，在新世纪的商场中展翅翱翔。
青创会的成立与发展得到政府大力支持，2001年马来西亚前首相敦马哈迪当政时亲自主持了由青创会主办的“向前迈进，马来西亚企业家学习与分享运动”。除此之外还有多位政府部长领导担任我们的顾问；同时我们的团队还包括马中商业理事会联合会长丹斯里李金友、多位国际顾问、法律顾问、财务顾问等并肩合作组成。协会精英云集，为缔造马来西亚杰出企业领导人而前进。
本协会定期举办各种教育分享及实地考察活动，包括企业教育、企业论坛、商务交流会、商机对话、经验分享以及海外经贸团等企业活动；发掘企业商机，为青年创业家提供一个持续永久地互相学习与商业交流的平台；并通过各种教育、分享、考察活动凝聚所有马来西亚青年创业家的资源与力量，以便更好地应对全球化的挑战，并确保国家能在这场竞争中脱颖而出。
Intro:
Malaysia Entrepreneurs’ Development Association (Persatuan Usahawan Maju Malaysia - PUMM) is a multi-racial non-profit making organization. With the support of our former Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad, PUMM was officially established in 1993 by a group of young entrepreneurs which were led by Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew, the CEO of Country Heights Bhd. The main objective of forming PUMM is to create a platform for entrepreneurs, especially business owners from SMIs and SMEs to share knowledge, experience, wisdom, and to create new business opportunities through seminars, forums, workshops, business visits, business study trips etc. Since the day PUMM was formed, the organization has worked very closely with government agencies to promote the business and economic development in the country especially among young entrepreneurs. PUMM managed to help many young entrepreneurs realize their vision and played an important role in contributing towards the nation's economic development. In recognition for PUMM’s effort and contribution, the then Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad had directed PUMM to assist in the country’s entrepreneurship in the “Majlis Perundingan Ekonomi Negara Kedua (MAPEN 2)” in the year 1999 . PUMM seeks to reap the benefit of the information age by encouraging education facilities to be set up to cater for its manpower needs, and taking affirmative steps forward towards making a reality platform for entrepreneurship. In addition, it also encourages young Malaysians to instill stronger charisma spirit in facing the challenges of globalization in the future.

Our Objectives:
1. To encourage joint ventures among young entrepreneurs of all races and to identify opportunities and "match" them to new and existing entrepreneurs or executives.
2. To assist members who aspire to start their business or who are already involved in business to have access to financial and non-financial resources.
3. To mould an entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship culture that is positive, highly-moral and ethical.
5. To contribute towards the international economic development and relations
