爱心捐血活动，捐血救生命 ❤️
在马来西亚，每43秒就有一位病患需要一包血浆来挽救生命 🩸
因此我们需要更多捐血者 😊
在这个充满爱与关怀的时刻，
我们诚挚邀请您参加我们的捐血活动。
日期：2024年6月1日（星期六）
时间：上午11点至下午5点
地点：IOI Mall Puchong 3楼South Wing（Supersave超市前）
捐血有许多好处：

捐血要求：
⭕️ 年龄在18岁至60岁之间
⭕️ 体重在50公斤以上
⭕️ 身体健康，无慢性病
⭕️ 捐血前请保持充足睡眠，避免空腹

we sincerely invite you to join our blood donation event.

There are many benefits to donating blood:
✅ Saving Lives: Your donation can save up to three lives, bringing hope to patients in urgent need of transfusions.

Blood donation requirements:
⭕️ Age between 18 and 60 years old
⭕️ Weigh at least 50 kilograms
⭕️ Good health with no chronic illnesses
⭕️ Get enough sleep and avoid fasting before donating blood
Ways to participate:
