"Going Beyond" — that's the theme at Tokio Marine today, and tonight's appreciation dinner means a lot to me.
This year marks my 20th anniversary in the insurance industry — from humble beginnings going door-to-door, to now using drones for site surveys. It’s truly a reflection of how far I’ve come and how much the industry has evolved.
