We are looking for dedicated individuals to be part of the Placement-Site Buddies System, providing on-site support for incoming SEP students in Malaysia 🇲🇾

✨ Passionate in serving students
✨ A Malaysian pharmacy student
✨ From one of the placement host university
✨ Available during the placement period (20ᵗʰ July 2026 – 18ᵗʰ September 2026, flexible based on placement)

As a Placement-Site Buddy, you will play an important role in helping incoming students adapt to campus life, navigate their new environment, and feel welcomed throughout their exchange experience 💙

Allow us to introduce the subcommittees under the 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 for the 2025/26 tenure, the team dedicated to ensuring every project runs smoothly and responsibly. From budgeting to balancing, they are the backbone of our financial operations.

For your information, these are the job scopes of the subcommittees under the Treasurer Office:
💰 Manage and maintain financial records of MyPSA activities
💰 Handle expenditure claims for Mainboards and ExCos
💰 Overseemembership fee collection and management
💰 Coordinate parcel delivery via MyPSA EasyParcel and its operations
