Persatuan Kanak-Kanak Cerebral Palsy (Spastik) Pulau Pinang or in English known as the Cerebral Palsy Association of Penang (CPAP), since its founding in 1962, is a non-profit organization committed to offering academic, rehabilitation, and vocational services to individuals with cerebral palsy, regardless of their religion or ethnicity. lau Pinang (in English known as Cerebral Palsy Association of Penang). We are dedicated to developing sustainable educational, vocational, and rehabilitation programs to ensure these children have equal access to quality services. Our goal is to empower them by enhancing their abilities and knowledge, helping them integrate into inclusive communities and lead fulfilling lives after they leave our center. We offer a range of services, including Special Education ranging from Early Intervention Programme, Preschool, & Primary Education, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Hydrotherapy, Computer Education, and Sheltered Workshop.
