I'm rather far from Home Base at the moment, but we understand that our beloved Taman has been affected by a nasty storm (which has since passed).

It will definitely improve our Haze situation but unfortunately, the angry storm felled trees and damaged cars all over BU11. I have made the necessary reports to MBPJ and to our respected Councilor. I hope they take action real soon. I'll follow-up shortly with them.

Happy Friday! In our continuous efforts to improve security and communication around our beloved Taman, we are pleased to announce our new BU11 Hatiria Hotline number!

Our new BU11 Hatiria Hotline is meant to be a direct line to our Taman’s Residents Association Committee, if you have any immediate concerns, recommendations, suggestions, requests, or even if you need some friendly advice. The R.A. was never an ‘Ivory Tower’ within the Community. We’re as much a part of the Taman’s well-being as you all are. So, we hope this Hotline can bring us this much closer.

What this Hotline is used for:
- Immediate Security concerns;
- Taman-related concerns and issues;
- Residents’ concerns and issues;
- Other time-sensitive concerns;
- General positive vibes.

What this Hotline is NOT used for:
- Commercial or promotional messages;
- Hateful or abusive language;

Another thing, this Hotline WILL NOT REPLACE our existing Security Hotline. We’ll be working in tandem with the Security Hotline – meaning we will do our best to assist in security matters (as we always have), but our main goal is to connect better with our Residents.

Sorry guys! I've been crazy busy at a different job. The other job pays the bills, but at least this one fills my heart!

We've got more lovely stuff lined up for residents of our Beloved Taman, and this time, we doing a COLLABORATION with our Taman Sibling, Gembiria!! He ain't heavy....

So, BU11 Gembiria and BU11 Hatiria are doing a Mooncake Festical celebration, and it's going to be MASSIVE!!

Join us, in the name of Community and your Kid's joy and happiness. Also, do register your family (if you are joining) ASAP, so we can quickly sort our stuff like gifts, competitions, prizes, etc.

I've been so busy lately, I didn't even realize MBPJ fixed up the lorong in our Taman. Do you even recognize it, looking at it now? 😍😍😍

I remember writing to them about it on 24th July 2026, and out of the blue, we didn't even realize that it was already sorted out.

Great job MBPJ! Thanks to Councilor Danny for helping us out as well!

There are many misconceptions about being part of your friendly neighborhood Residents’ Association. The biggest misconception is that you’ll be so busy, it’s like a second job.

I’d like to clear the air about this.

Our BU11 Hatiria Residents’ Association is like a socialist community. We focus on group cooperation and fairness. Members contribute what they can, and if they cannot, someone else covers for them. The core idea is that we all live in our Taman, and love it enough, to not want to see it fall to ruin. This is our only guiding principle. Safety, security, peace and harmony.

Also, we have a very strong core team that is very experienced in handling our Taman matters. Most have little idea how experienced this team is, but ultimately enjoy the benefits of this experience.

That being said, we always welcome participants and volunteers in our RA. Good vibes and a general love for our Taman is the only requirement. Look us up, you won’t regret it.
