Headline: Banker by day... mystery man by night? We found out! 👀🕵️

Last Tuesday, we pulled back the curtain on our newest member, Rtn Chin Sern, in his talk "Beyond My Name Card."

Turns out, there's way more to him than just interest rates and loans—and we're so glad he shared his story with us. The fellowship, the laughs, and the surprises made it a night to remember! 👏

But that wasn't all:

🏍️ A massive THANK YOU to The Roaring Angels for bringing the thunder (and the biggest smiles!) to our Goldenchild Project—giving terminally ill kids the ride of their lives on big bikes. Pure magic.

💰 And a huge shoutout to our TRF donors for their generosity in helping us make the world a better place.

"One Rotarian spilled his life story, another crew literally brought the thunder on two wheels. Safe to say, this wasn't your average Tuesday night." 😂

🎤 Mr. Fong Looi Foong gave us a fascinating look into how Digital Healthcare is putting 1,000+ clinics in our pockets—making care accessible anytime, anywhere.

And just when we thought it couldn't get better, we watched our Supermum graduates receive their well-earned certificates. From baking classes to business owners—these ladies are unstoppable! 🌹

Big brains, big hearts, and (soon) big cakes. That’s how we roll at Rotary PJ.

Headline: New Year, Same Mission! 📅✨

Last Tuesday (14th July), we officially kicked off the new Rotary Year with our first business meeting of the term.

It was all hands on deck as our newly installed President, Superjit, took the helm for the first time. With Secretary PP Datin Sivanes keeping the records straight and PP Victor stepping in as our unofficial (and very patient) FOC IT support, we got down to the nitty-gritty.

We tackled the important stuff—finalizing directory positions, reviewing fund allocations, and mapping out the impactful projects we want to bring to life this year. It wasn't all spreadsheets and policies, though; we’re already looking forward to next week where we’ll be inviting more engaging speakers to join us!

It’s going to be a great year. Let’s get to work! 💪

Barely eight days into his presidency, President Harjit is already working enthusiastically with his team on the ground, supervising RCPJ’s collaboration with The Lost Food Project , bringing to residents at Kampung Orang Asli Bukit Manchung fresh vegetables like crates of juicy carrots, cabbage and boxes of food supplies like fresh milk, fruit biscuits, Milo powder, oat milk and what the kids always look forward to having: packets of two-finger Kit Kat chocolate wafers. The on-going RCPJ-TLFP food aid programme provides year-long fresh vegetables and sundry food supplies to over 300 Orang Asli families at Bukit Manchung. 🎉✨ RCPJ Installation & Swan Song | 28th June 2026 | Subang Grand Dorsett

What a beautiful afternoon of reflection, gratitude and new beginnings! 💛

Yesterday, President David Ong and his board officially passed the mantle to our incoming President Superjit Singh and his board — marking the start of an exciting new chapter for RCPJ. Thank you, President David, for an incredible year of service and leadership! 🙌

We were also thrilled to launch our very own RCPJ Story Book — celebrating 65 Years of Service 📖🌟 — a beautiful tribute to our club's journey, milestones and the countless lives we've touched along the way.

This year's installation had a wonderfully relaxed vibe — cozy two-piece live music 🎶, a fresh lunch format 🍽️, and so much more time for fellowship, laughter and of course... the all-important selfies! 🤳😄

Congratulations, President Superjit and team — we're cheering you on for the year ahead! 🥂

🌟 RCPJ Meeting #36 | 23rd June 2026

A meaningful milestone tonight — President David Ong chaired his final meeting of the Rotary Year, marking the end of an incredible chapter of leadership and service. Thank you, President David, for everything you've poured into our club this year! 🙏

A very special thank you also to our 'Most Supportive' First Lady, Sally — your quiet strength and constant presence behind the scenes have meant so much to all of us. 💛

To close the year on an unforgettable note, PE Superjit Singh took us on an extraordinary journey with his talk on "Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind" — equal parts thought-provoking and fascinating! 👽✨

As we prepare for the handover, we look forward with excitement to the year ahead under PE Superjit's leadership. Here's to new beginnings! 🌅
