📌 Job Vacancy: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
▫️Assist in organizing, preparing and coordinating for Continuing Professional Developments (CPD) series
▫️Responsible for the proper functioning of the Institute's office
▫️Responsible for liaising with clients including responding to queries and request for institute's services.
▫️Perform any duties as directed by the Executive Director, Senior Manager, and other authorized personnel, including helping with research and providing clinical services to clients.
▫️The administrative assistant is directly responsible to the senior manager and executive director

Requirements:
⚫️Bachelor’s degree in any related field (science background is an added advantage)
⚫️Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, with basic computer skills
⚫️Able to travel outstation when required
⚫️Able to multitask and work well in a team
⚫️Pleasant, cheerful, and responsible personality
