Petaling Jaya Coffeeshop Association (PJCA) has persistently lobby for changes in MBPJ’s policies and guidelines. They are listening to us and hopefully they will make fair changes to let us apply legally to put tables and chairs in public road space and allow stalls to be placed on our Lima Kaki. This will be a huge solution to our Traditional Coffee Shops.

八打灵咖啡酒餐商公会（PJCA）一直以来积极游说并争取修改八打灵再也市政厅（MBPJ）的相关政策与指南。如今，当局已开始倾听我们的声音，我们也期盼他们能作出公平合理的调整，让我们能够合法申请在公共道路空间摆放桌椅，并允许在“五脚基”（Lima Kaki）设置档口。这将为我们的传统咖啡店带来一个重大的解决方案。

V**E business in Petaling Jaya, Selangor is now listed under the Trade, Business and Industrial (MBPJ) By-Law 2007, signifying that the operators will officially be charged a fee for the licence.

PJCA just finished a dialogue with YB Rajiv . A lot of issues that MBPJ is enforcing in our coffee shops that affect the livelihood of our coffee shops. Shop's signboard permit and licence. Too many stalls in our coffee shops. Permits for allowing tables and chairs on Petak Kereta. No black and white solutions but we have trust in YB Rajiv to listen to our concerns and will try his best to help solve issues.

八打灵咖啡酒餐商公会刚与 YB Rajiv 完成一场对话。MBPJ 目前在咖啡店执行的许多措施正影响着咖啡店的生计，包括店铺招牌的准证与执照、店内摊位过多的问题、以及在停车位（Petak Kereta）摆放桌椅的准证等。虽然目前没有明确的白纸黑字解决方案，但我们相信 YB Rajiv 会聆听我们的关切，并尽力协助解决相关问题。

President of PJ Coffeeshop Association Keu Kok Meng attended a Tax Seminar updates from the recently announced Madani Government Budget 2026. There are continuous changes in the SST and e-invoicing applications and enforcement. Stamp Duty is the latest addition to a lot of documentation in our businesses. PJCA will try to understand further from seminar and will try our best to answer tax related queries.

八打灵咖啡酒餐商公会主席邱国明出席了一场有关昌明政府2026年度财政预算案最新税务更新的讲座会。近期，销售与服务税（SST）及电子发票（e-Invoicing）的应用与执行持续有变化。此外，印花税也成为许多商业文件中的最新项目。八打灵咖啡酒餐商公会（PJCA）将通过此次讲座进一步了解相关内容，并尽力解答会员们有关税务的疑问。
