Our 127th HAITS TMC meeting on 26th September 11th September, with the theme "Live to Eat, or Eat to Live" was a roaring success as we have a huge influx of new faces who joined as guest, after our recently concluded All Employees Meeting where our President gave a heartwarming introduction to the club, which probably piqued the interest. We hope that our guest will continue attending future meetings, and we would have a new line of potential members for the upcoming renewal window.
We also had our Area Director for C2, Toastmaster Chean Fai to join us online, despite his busy schedule.
As we didn't have any project speeches planned, we did a Table Topics marathon, where almost all of our new guest attempted their maiden speech, which got them their first timer ribbon. However, our TTM for the day, Toastmaster Connie was completing his Active Listening project (Level 3, Project 2 in the pathway of Presentation Mastery), which was evaluated by Toastmaster Sridhar.
The best speaker for Table Topics went to Nadiah with her title " Food brings people together", and also shared with Jeeven with his title "How do you reject when someone offer you food that you don't like?"
