Gala Night in the Woods 🌿✨

To wrap up an unforgettable retreat, we gathered for our final night in our finest earth-tone attire for an intimate, magical Gala Dinner.

Dressed in shades of nature, we were treated to a bespoke 5-course dinner specially curated by the incredible team at La Casa Catering and Events La Casa Catering & Event Services. Inspired by our retreat theme—in the woods, in the forest, and surrounded by nature—every dish was a delicious work of art that brought the wilderness right to our tables. 🍽️🍂

As the night went on, the room filled with genuine laughter, quiet reflection, and honest conversations. It gave us a chance to truly connect heart-to-heart and recharge our spirits before heading back to our businesses and busy event seasons.

To our AWP family—thank you for making this night, and this entire retreat, so deeply special. 🤍

A massive, heartfelt THANK YOU to every single person who played a part in planning, organizing, and bringing this retreat to life.

But most importantly—THANK YOU to all our participants for believing in us, showing up so authentically, and being fully present with us every step of the way.

Firelight, open skies, and an irreplaceable circle of support. The first night’s bonfire session gave us a rare moment to breathe, appreciate nature, and symbolically release old stresses into the flames.

The Art of Taking a Pause 🌿

After warm hellos and icebreakers upon check-in, we went straight into our very first afternoon session at : Self-Discovery through Journaling and Art Therapy with Coach Joanne Wong Joanne Wong.

As event professionals and creative business owners, we are always pouring into other people’s big days. This session was a rare, beautiful chance to pour back into our own cups.

Through quiet moments of art making and journaling, many of us were pleasantly surprised by how therapeutic and self-healing the process was. It gave us a quiet space to process, express ourselves freely, and simply be present without a deadline or a timeline to rush for.

Thank you, Coach Joanne, for teaching us that taking a pause isn’t a luxury—it’s part of the craft. 🎨✨
