这真的是Raj吗？😱

上一次我们分享Raj的故事时，我们向大众寻求帮助，因为他的家人当时正面临困难，无法负担他日常所需的营养补充品，尤其是奶粉的供应。

The last time we shared Raj’s story, we reached out to the public for help as his family was struggling to provide his daily nutritional needs, especially his milk supply.

Today, when we visited Raj again, we were left speechless. After months of being bedridden, Raj is slowly showing signs of improvement 💪🏻 His arms and legs have started to move, and he is now able to see and respond to the people around him. Every little movement is a precious sign of hope.

Behind Raj’s progress is the continuous care from his grandmother and his younger sister, Kirtna, who have been doing their best to support him through every challenge. However, the family still needs ongoing support. Raj requires daily care, and his grandmother also needs assistance with her own health needs.

四期肿瘤仍持续威胁着5岁Fyfy的生命 ⚠️

经历了6个疗程的化疗后，癌细胞依然存在，而一个3–4厘米的肿瘤仍然留在Fyfy小小的身体里 💔

生活在沙巴乡村地区的Fyfy，由她的单亲妈妈独自照顾。从她出生开始，这位母亲便独自承担每一次医院就诊、每一份担忧，以及所有治疗费用的压力。她只能依靠偶尔接下的园艺零工维持生活，如今要负担Fyfy的治疗费用，已经成为沉重的负担。

在Fyfy能够进行急需的手术之前，她还必须先完成CT扫描、超声波检查、住院以及医疗评估。然而，由于经济困难，这些关键的检查程序已经被延误了5个月。每一次延误，Fyfy的体重都在下降，身体也变得越来越虚弱 😢

Raj现状 ：奶奶意外跌倒，14岁妹妹撑起全家 ❤️‍🩹

这况变得更艰难了。一直照顾他的奶奶前阵子不慎滑倒骨折，手术锁螺丝及医疗费高达 RM10,000。检查也发现她患有糖尿病和高血压，现在必须完全卧床静养 🛏️ 起居都需要人照顾。而昏迷的 Raj 也因为长期卧床得了褥疮。

目前所有的重担，全落在了 14 岁妹妹 Kirtna 身上。远比同龄人成熟的她本身也是一名 OKU，总是把心酸藏在微笑背后 😊 让人心疼。因为要全天候照顾家人，她暂时无法去学校，只能靠网课 💻 艰难维持学业。

靠着大家之前剩余的善款，我们得以帮助他们应付一部分的手术医疗费，以及每天的日常护理费用。Raj和奶奶目前也在慢慢调理恢复中 💪

During our monthly distribution, we visited Raj's house to check on their latest situation and follow up on their daily needs.

Things have become even tougher for Raj's family. His grandma, who has always cared for him, recently slipped and fractured her bone, requiring a RM10,000 surgery to secure it with screws. Checks also revealed she has diabetes and high blood pressure, leaving her on strict bed rest and needing full care 🛏️ Meanwhile, Raj also developed bedsores due to being bedridden long-term.

The entire burden now falls on his 14-year-old sister, Kirtna. Far more mature than her peers, she is an OKU herself but always hides her pain behind a smile 😊 it breaks our hearts. Since she has to care for her family all day, she temporarily cannot go to school and relies on online classes 💻 to barely keep up with her studies.

With the remaining funds from previous donations, we helped support a portion of their surgery fees and daily care fees. Both Raj and Grandma are now slowly recovering 💪

Their medication is currently sufficient 💊 However, Raj and Grandma are heavily in need of Ensure Complete Gold formula milk. We recently posted about this, and this time, we have arranged to deliver a new batch into their hands 📦 helping to relieve their immediate needs.

🚨 急需RM28,800抢救: 抢救2岁Faqih的最后光明

2岁的Faqih在仅5个月大时，就被确诊患有双侧视网膜母细胞瘤，这是一种罕见且会导致失明的癌症。

Faqih的父母根本无法相信自己的孩子会遭遇这种绝境。他们不断自责、崩溃地责问自己是不是做错了什么，才导致孩子变成这样。最终，全家人忍痛做出了最艰难的决定, 将Faqih的右眼球切除 💔

即便付出了这样的代价，Faqih的情况依旧不容乐观。他的左眼目前也受到了波及，需要进一步的观察和长期治疗，以确保癌细胞不会扩散到身体的其他部位，甚至大脑。

每一次复诊，都是一场长达12小时的车程折磨，还需要支付两到三天的住院费。加上Faqih现在只能喝特殊的配方奶，面对巨大的医疗与生活开销，全家只靠着父亲每个月RM1,700的微薄薪水维持，现在连生存都成了问题 💸

His parents could not believe their child was facing such devastation. Blaming themselves in despair, they kept asking if they had done something wrong to cause this. Ultimately, the family had to make the most heartbreaking decision, to surgically remove Faqih’s right eye 💔

Even after sacrificing so much, Faqih’s situation remains critical. His left eye is now also affected, requiring further observation and long-term treatment to ensure the cancer cells do not spread to other parts of his body, or even his brain.

Every follow-up review means a grueling 12-hour drive and a 2-to-3-day hospital stay. Coupled with his need for specialized formula milk, the family relies solely on the father’s meager monthly salary of RM1,700. Right now, even basic survival has become a struggle 💸

🎯 Therefore, we have launched a fundraising campaign with a target of RM28,800 to fully support Faqih’s ongoing treatment and care. Our wish is simple: we hope this 2 years old boy can hold onto his last window to see the world.

事发当天，他因心脏病突然发作，第一时间致电朋友求救。朋友赶到时，发现他已失去生命迹象，遗憾离世 🏠😔

由于长期患病，Teng Tuen Hwa 生前一直没有稳定工作，没有收入，也没有任何存款。如今身后无人照料，朋友们只能尽力协助处理他的身后事 🕯️

目前急需筹募 RM5,500 💰，作为私棺与基本殡葬费用，以进行火化。

The deceased, Teng Tuen Hwa, had been living alone for many years with no family or children by his side. He had also been suffering from heart disease for over 10 years ❤️‍🩹

On the day of the incident, he suffered a sudden heart attack and immediately called a friend for help. By the time his friend arrived, he had already lost all signs of life 🏠😔

Due to his long-term illness, Teng Tuen Hwa was unable to maintain a stable job, had no income, and no savings. With no one left to care for his affairs, his friends are now doing their best to help manage his funeral arrangements 🕯️

We are currently raising RM5,500 💰 to cover the basic funeral and cremation expenses.

几个月前，当我们在 Kampung Sebir 执行任务时，当地居民告诉我们附近还有另一个处境相似的原住民村落，那就是 Kampung Belihoi。当时我们许下承诺一定会再回来，但由于时间紧迫和资源有限，我们无法立即采取行动。这一次，我们终于有机会亲身深入当地，见证他们的真实生活 💪🏻

在这次探访中，我们观察了他们的居住环境。我们的原住民同胞依然生活在没有稳定水电供应的环境中，每天还要进出险峻的山路，全靠割胶维生 ⛈️ 走进他们的家，我们发现那里没有煤气炉，只能依靠柴火煮食，有的家甚至连大门都没有。

尽管面对如此极度的贫困，他们依然保持着坚韧与乐观，但这份乐观不该成为我们忽视他们的理由。

在与村长核实情况后，我们决定筹集 85 份物资包，以支持村里 200 多位居民。每份物资包价格为 RM145，包含了米、麦片、饼干和其他生活必需品，足以维持一个家庭至少一个月的生计 💪🏻 然而，我们的资源依然不足，我们需要您的支持来继续这项使命 🙏🏻

A few months earlier, during our mission in Kampung Sebir, we were told by the residents about another nearby Orang Asli village facing similar conditions, Kampung Belihoi. We made a promise to return. However, due to time constraints and limited resources, we were not able to act immediately. This time, we finally had the opportunity to go on the ground and witness their situation ourselves 💪🏻

During our visit, we observed the living conditions of the community. Our fellow Orang Asli are still living without stable water or electricity, navigating cliffside paths daily, and relying on rubber tapping to survive ⛈️ Inside their homes, we found no gas stoves, only firewood for cooking, and some houses didn’t even have doors.

Despite such extreme poverty, they remain incredibly resilient and positive, but their optimism should not become a reason for us to overlook them.

After verifying with the village chief, we are preparing 85 aid bags to support over 200 residents, with each bag costing RM145 and including rice, oats, biscuits, and other essential items to help sustain a family for at least a month 💪🏻 However, our resources are still not enough, and we need your support to help us continue this mission 🙏🏻

为Aunty Devi送上新床垫：还有意想不到的收获 🏠

上次的探访，患糖尿病30年的Aunty Devi告诉我们，之前送她的床垫被老鼠咬坏了，尿布也不够用。考虑到她已经截肢行动不便，我们决定不等下个月的常规物资补给，用最快的时间，把一张新床垫和3包成人尿布亲手送到她家 ✨

上次我们探访时，留意到楼下有一位老人在热心地帮助邻居。被她的善良与乐观打动，这一次我们顺道带了一包米去拜访她，和这位老奶奶来一场深入的对话 💬

阿姨告诉我们，她已经为同一个雇主当帮佣48年了。这48年的光阴里，她养大了两个孩子，见证他们成家，看着孙女读警校，甚至也看着雇主的孩子长大成人。即便现在68岁了，她依然每天骑着脚车去工作，往返2个小时的路程，雷打不动 🚲

阿姨在7个月前，还领养了一只被遗弃在垃圾站的小狗。因为不忍心看它没人理会，就把它带回家作伴。现在在她平凡的日常里，有小狗，还有从小一起长大的好友，陪她一起打发时间🐶

Last visit, Aunty Devi told us her mattress was damaged by rats and she was low on diapers. Since she’s an amputee with limited mobility, we didn't wait for next month’s supply run. We moved fast to hand-deliver a new mattress and 3 packs of diapers to her home ✨

During our previous visit, we noticed an elderly lady downstairs busily helping her neighbors. Touched by her kindness and optimism, we brought a bag of rice this time to visit her and have a heart-to-heart talk 💬

Aunty shared that she has worked for the same employer for 48 years. She’s raised her kids, seen her granddaughter join the police academy, and watched her employer’s children grow up too. At 68, she still cycles 2 hours daily to work, rain or shine 🚲

7 months ago, she even rescued a puppy abandoned at a trash station. Now, her simple life is filled with the company of her dog and lifelong friends 🐶
