JCI PJ is an award winning local organization that is affiliated to JCI Malaysia. JCI PJ has won the Most Outstanding Local Organization in Malaysia 7 years consecutively from year 2009-2015. Currently, JCI PJ is registered under the Registrar of Youth and Ministr

y of Youth and Sports Malaysia. JCI PJ is managed by its Board of Directors, who is elected annually and contributes voluntarily. Members are given leadership opportunities, and practices “1 Year to Lead” concept. JCI PJ Programs
JCI PJ conducts various programs such as Food Hero, Dragon Ambassador, International Children Drawing Contest, Business Networking, Entrepreneur Forum, Corporate Consulting Experience, International Cultural Festival, Personal Development Training, and numerous Leukemia Trust Fund-raising projects. JCI PJ hosted the JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Award (JCI CYEA) from 2009-2016 and JCI Malaysia Sustainable Development Award (JCIM SDA) 2018. Through these awards, JCI PJ has built strong relations with various ministries, youth organizations and media in Malaysia. JCI PJ International Network
JCI PJ has 3 sisterhood pact, namely JCI Higashi Iruma (Japan) since 1989, JCI Taoyuan (Taiwan) since 1994, JCI City (Hong Kong) since 2011 and 1 brotherhood pact with JCI Tawau (Sabah) since 2012. Members of these local organizations conduct visits with JCI PJ for cultural exchange and also organize joint projects. JCI PJ is privileged to be selected as Founding Member of Commonwealth Asia Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs (CAAYE and now known as CAYE-ASIA), formed in Nov 2011. CAAYE is a network of organizations focused on youth entrepreneurship development from 8 countries (Bangladesh, Brunei, India, Malaysia, Maldives, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Pakistan) and 1 observer nation (Nepal). CAAYE was formed by the mandate given from the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting and is now recognized as a best-practice network by the Commonwealth Secretariat. JCI PJ has co-hosted the 1st CAAYE Interim Summit and hosted the 4th CAYE-ASIA Young Entrepreneur Summit from 30 Oct – 1 Nov 2015 in Putrajaya. JCI PJ Secretariat

A heartfelt thank you to the itsherb.com team for warmly welcoming JCI Petaling Jaya and generously sharing your entrepreneurial journey with us.

What started as a small-scale corporate visit turned into a full-house session, even before we officially promoted it. It was inspiring to see so many members eager to learn more about the brand and the story behind its success.

Throughout the sharing, we gained valuable insights into how the company is redefining the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) experience. From transforming TCM into a lifestyle that resonates with the younger generation, to carefully selecting strategic locations that make treatment more accessible, every decision reflects a deep understanding of customer experience.

We were also inspired by the team’s emphasis on premium branding and packaging, proving that quality isn’t just about the product itself, but also the experience it creates.

One of the biggest takeaways was learning how the team embraced the opportunities during the MCO period—building its presence online first before successfully expanding into physical outlets. It was a powerful reminder that challenges can become stepping stones when paired with vision, resilience, and the courage to adapt.
