AGENTIC AI AND YOUR IP PLAYBOOK
Agentic AI is rapidly reshaping the global IP landscape, raising new questions on authorship, inventorship, infringement exposure and commercialisation strategy. As AI systems begin to act autonomously, organisations must rethink how IP is created, owned, enforced and governed. This session will explore the emerging APAC regulatory responses, practical risks for rights holders, and the opportunities for building robust governance frameworks in the agentic age.
