我们很开心能够邀请我们熟悉的 Dr Crendy 来自于赛城大学 在家长支持小组中分享《探索情绪》这个主题。
当天,Dr Crendy 透过“情绪卡”来帮助大家表达自己的情绪。借着这个环节,让我们能够更认识自己,也学习如何调节自己的情绪。因为当我们的情绪健康、稳定时,也会影响和感染身边的人。
在互动过程中,家长们也有机会分享自己当下的情绪与感受。Dr Crendy 也透过以下几个问题,引导大家更深入地探索自己的内心:
• 这张卡代表什么情绪?
• 这个情绪发生在哪些时刻?
• 这个情绪对你的身、心、灵有什么影响?
• 当它出现时,你通常如何应对?
• 你希望得到什么支持?

We were very happy to invite the familiar Dr Crendy from University of Cyberjaya to share with our Parent Support Group on the topic of “Exploring Emotions.”
During the session, Dr Crendy used “emotion cards” to help everyone express their feelings. Through this activity, we were able to understand ourselves better and learn how to regulate our emotions. When our emotions are healthy and positive, it will also influence and impact the people around us.
Throughout the interactive session, parents were given the opportunity to share their current emotions and feelings. Dr Crendy also guided everyone through the following questions to help them explore their inner thoughts more deeply:
• What emotion does this card represent?
• In what situations does this emotion usually occur?
• How does this emotion affect your body, mind, and spirit?
• How do you usually respond when this emotion appears?
• What kind of support would you hope to receive?
