Malaysia Association of Registered Early Child Care and Development (MyECCD) Formely known as Association of Registered Childcare Providers Malaysia (ARCPM) or Persatuan Pengasuhan dan Perkembangan Awal Kanak-Kanak Berdaftar Malaysia (PPBM) Formely known as Persatuan Pengasuh Berdaftar Malaysia (PPBM) is an NGO registered with the Registrar of Societies in September 1989. PPBM works closely with

our 16 State and District Associations, the Ministry of Women, Family & Community Development and Social Welfare Dept to move towards quality childcare for children under 4 years. In collaboration with 16 State / District Associations throughout the country, PPBM works towards ensuring that children receive quality care by professional childcare providers and/or their parents. PPBM advocates and facilitates best practices in the field of early childhood care & education in line with the government’s transformation programs under EPP 1 & 2 for the setting up of childcare centres and the up-skilling and upgrading of ECCE workforce for post SPM, technical and vocational schools, tertiary and continuing life long education. The 4 key missions of PPBM is ECCE advocacy, professional development of care providers , operators and trainers, consultancy services for the setting up of quality accessible and affordable childcare, and enabling compliance with quality standards.
