Welcome to our FB page! What started as an Interest Group has now officially evolved into the Rotary Club of Damansara Heights ( RCDH). The club was founded on 13th January 2017. Meetings are held at 7pm on alternate Tuesdays at the Royal Commonwealth Society in Damansara Heights, KL. How did it all start? In October 2016, four Rotarians got together & called on some friends to assist an NGO with

their annual Xmas charity event. As a result, an Interest Group was formed and after a few meetings, the young (and young at heart) got together at short notice to assist the NGO during the event held at the Berjaya Times Square in Dec 2016. The Xmas Cheer had orphans, senior citizens & physically challenged participants from all races & religion. It was truly a fun filled “ Muhibah” event. To date, the Club is made up of 28 fun-loving members from various backgrounds & industries. We share a common objective that is to make a positive impact to communities in need, with the hope of leaving a sustainable legacy! RCDH looks forward to hearing from you to explore working together in meeting our local community needs. An intimate gathering for a meaningful event was held on 4th July 2026, to welcome and instal the new President of RC Damansara Heights for Rotary Year 2026/2027 - Ms. Dharshini Singam ….

The dinner event celebrated the past year of service above self under PP Dr Ramon’s leadership, amidst challenging times especially as the club lost a key member Ms Padmini who led the Community service intiatives for the club …. Yet we pulled through thanks to everyone stepping up when it mattered.

As we look forward to the year ahead, we are confident President Darshini will continue to lead the club into its 10th year with activities that support the community at large through our flagship kitchen bundle project and beyond.

JULY 1st marks the start of a new Rotary Year.

The message for 2026-27 is to "Create Lasting Impact"

It encourages all of us, as People of Action, to work together to make a meaningful difference in our communities and around the world.

We look forward to the activities and community service projects lined up for the year ahead under the guidance & leadership of incoming President Dharshini Singam.
