OBJECTIVE
To focus on the development of our sommeliers’ skills and knowledge through our various programs / activities.
* providing an avenue for the improvement of all aspects related to skills, wine service and knowledge.
* increasing the awareness and uplifting the standards of the sommelier’s profession.
* establishing and strengthening the sommelier’s profession as a pivotal and much needed role in the hospitality industry.
* developing strong relations and collaboration with local distributors, trade associations, international sommelier associations, wineries, foreign wine region councils and many more.
* to unify and develop a strong camaraderie amongst sommeliers and members

to provide opportunities to our sommeliers to compete amongst local and international sommeliers. To collaborate with the winners of Best Sommelier of The World competition to provide guidance, training and inspiration. INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE
to offer our members the opportunity to participant in international programs and by sending our candidate on winery visits, examinations and much more.
