Sport stacking not only promotes physical fitness, but also academic learning. Students that sport stack on a regular basis have shown increases in test scores and levels of concentration. This is achieved by students using both their right and left sides of their brain.
Helps to prevent and manage mental health conditions (such as depression) and lowers stress and anxiety. Improves our state of mind – boosts mood, energy levels, concentration and confidence.
Sport stacking offers key medical and developmental benefits, including enhanced bilateral coordination, boosted hand-eye coordination (by up to 30%), and improved reaction times. By requiring the use of both hands, it stimulates both brain hemispheres, which fosters neuroplasticity and aids in cognitive development in youth and cognitive preservation in seniors.
