R.A.C.E to Zero 2026 successfully concluded after two impactful days of meaningful discussions, knowledge sharing and regional collaboration towards a more sustainable energy future.
Held on 28 & 29 April 2026, the conference brought together policymakers, industry leaders, investors, innovators and clean energy stakeholders from across the region through panel discussions, business matchings, networking sessions and Pocket Talk engagements focused on renewable energy, sustainability and the journey towards net zero.
MPSEA was pleased to welcome YB Datoβ Sri Abdul Rahman Bin Haji Mohamad, Deputy Minister of Kementerian Peralihan Tenaga dan Transformasi Air (PETRA), on Day 1 of the conference. During the event, the grid report developed in collaboration with the Global Solar Council (GSC) was also presented to the Deputy Minister of PETRA, reflecting continued support for the nationβs energy transition efforts.
On Day 2, we were honoured to welcome YB Datuk Dr. Haji Hazland bin Abang Haji Hipni, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Energy and Environmental Sustainability Sarawak - MEESty, as well as Datuk Ir. Abd Nasser Abd Wahid, CEO of the Energy Commission of Sabah. The day also featured the official flag-off for the upcoming R.A.C.E to Zero Kuching Edition taking place on 8 September 2026.
