HRBMC Welcome Home Celebration & Malaysia Book of Records Recognition 🎉🏍️

We are proud and happy to celebrate the successful completion of our HRBMC China Southwest Riding Expedition 2026.

Join us as we commemorate this remarkable achievement and witness a special recognition ceremony by the Malaysia Book of Records for HRBMC, officially recognized as the First Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Club to Reach the Huajiang Gorge Bridge, the highest bridge in the world.

HRB MC China Southwest Expedition 2026

A special welcome-home celebration was graciously hosted in Senawang, Seremban by Dato’ P. Gunasekaren, who warmly received us with flower sashes, Wesak Day Buddha statues, and Certificates of Achievement. We were also honoured with a wonderful es**rt from the toll plaza to the restaurant and celebration venue. Our sincere appreciation for the warm hospitality and recognition of this remarkable achievement.

We have successfully completed our HRB MC China Southwest Expedition 2026, covering a remarkable 10,388 km round trip. Looking back at what we have accomplished together, truly proud of every single one of you.

Throughout this journey, we witnessed everyone elevating their riding abilities—not just by one level, but perhaps two levels higher. From endless highways, winding mountain passes, challenging weather conditions, international border crossings, and countless hours in the saddle, each of you demonstrated resilience, discipline, commitment, and determination. It was truly inspiring to witness.

The laughter, jokes, friendly arguments, and occasional disagreements along the way were all part of the adventure. To me, these moments represent genuine brotherhood. True brothers do not always agree on everything, but they ride together, support one another, and arrive at the destination together. That is the spirit throughout this entire expedition.

This accomplishment belongs to all of us. Thank you for your cooperation, commitment, patience, and contributions of time, effort, and energy throughout the journey. Without the teamwork, trust, and respect among members, this expedition would not have been possible.

Gentlemen, we set out as riders with a mission and returned with memories that will last a lifetime. We conquered challenges, crossed borders, experienced different cultures, and strengthened bonds that can only be forged on the road.

The roads may end, but the brotherhood continues.

Thank you all for making the HRB MC China Southwest Expedition 2026 a successful, historic, and unforgettable achievement.

Our final evening dinner gathering in China, at Xishuangbanna, was truly a memorable one.

Our dear Chinese buddies Bro Norris (子浩), May (五月) and 阿杜 specially prepared a wonderful China–Thai ethnic local specialty feast to treat all of us. We enjoyed the delicious meal, washed it down with some boosters, and shared a meaningful appreciation speech session to thank our motorcycle guide Mr Cliff Lee and driver Mr Chang for their dedication and support throughout the journey.

Special awards were also presented for outstanding contribution and team spirit:

* Best Team Member with outstanding attitude and team spirit — Bro KH Kang (HardwareMan)
* Best Coordinator & Organiser — Bro YC Tham (RaceMan)
* Best Team Mechanic — Bro Jacky Vong (TunerMan)

Nevertheless, we wrapped up the evening early at around 9.30pm, as everyone needs proper rest before tomorrow’s early push-off at 7.30am.

Tomorrow will be another challenging riding day — a final 180km stretch to the China–Laos border at Mohan, followed by another 220km ride across Laos towards the Thailand border at Chiang Khong. It is expected to be a full 10-hour riding journey.

HRB MC China Southwest Expedition 2026

3 more days of riding in China.

Harley-Davidson is truly Harley-Davidson. Even on the 25th day since our expedition flag-off, we are still riding in strong formation — united, disciplined, and focused throughout the journey.

This reflects the strength of HRB MC’s safety protocols, riding discipline, and brotherhood spirit. Every member continues to show full respect, trust, and confidence in the convoy Road Captain, ensuring the ride remains smooth, safe, and well-coordinated despite the long and challenging expedition.

Day after day, through changing weather, mountain roads, highways, and difficult terrains, the team spirit remains stronger than ever. This is not just a ride — it is a true display of endurance, unity, commitment, and the pride of riding together as one HRB MC family.
