Shan Children's Home Perai Shan Children's Home came into existence on the 1st of July 2005. Some have abandoned by their parents while others have suffered various forms of neglect.

It is a home for children from poor or homes where their health, educational and emotional needs are not met. Our mission is to rebuild broken lives and to provide them with an environment that ensures good health, education and a bright future. The home is supported by the general public and corporate sources. We are still in need of financial assistance for the purchase of provisions, food, educ

ational needs, as well as operational cost. The home needs volunteers to give tuition and computer lessons. Donation in kind and cash are welcomed. Cheques made payable to: Penang Shan Children's Home Association - all donations are exempted from tax.
