🌟 Courtesy Visit to ROS Penang in Conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri 🌟

JCI Penang recently paid a courtesy visit to ROS Penang in conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration.

We were warmly received by the newly appointed Director, together with the Heads of the Management and Enforcement Divisions. The session provided valuable insights on association governance and highlighted key areas for stronger organisational practices.

We truly appreciate this meaningful engagement and look forward to continued collaboration with ROS Penang in promoting good governance and the sustainable development of associations.

Throwback Parlimentary Procedure Training💪🏻

Our Parliamentary Procedure Training was anything but dry. Through principles behind the rules, real-life case studies, and engaging discussions, members gained a deeper understanding that running an effective meeting is a trainable leadership skill—not something to be taken for granted.

A heartfelt thank you to our trainer, Past President Gan Hoo Kok, for sharing not only his expertise on Robert’s Rules of Order (RONR), but also his personal experiences and leadership journey. Your insights reminded us why JCI believes in the Rule of Law, not the Rule of Man.

🤝 Courtesy Visit | Appreciation & Strategic Dialogue

JCI Penang was honoured to pay a courtesy visit to our Honourary Advisor, YB Dato’ Hj Rashidi bin Zinol,
Penang State Executive Councillor (Trade & Entrepreneurial Development and Rural Development), as a gesture of appreciation for his invaluable guidance and unwavering support throughout 2025.

The visit was led by:

• Yan Xin – Commissioner Director (Economic Affairs)

During the visit, an appreciation token was presented to convey our sincere gratitude for YB Dato’s continued encouragement and strong support.
