The third heat of the 2026 season begins with new rules, a new media track, and fresh challenges ahead! The contestant list for EMMA Malaysia 2026 Heat Three is now officially available.

ACTION REQUIRED:
1. Verify Your Details: Please check the list carefully to ensure your Name and Category are correct.
2. Save Your Registration Number: (After live ballot) Locate your Registration Number (Reg No.) on the list.
3. Keep a Copy: (After live ballot) Take a screenshot or note down your Reg No. You must present this number during registration on event day for attendance verification.
4. Report Any Errors Immediately: If you notice any mistakes, please contact us as soon as possible. No complaints or protests will be entertained afterwards, so please check carefully.

Next, here we come to the central stage, Selangor for the third official heat of the year. Get your sound systems tuned and see you all on the competition! Last chance to obtain score for EMMA ASIAN FINALS 2026 and EMMA MALAYSIA 2026 Grand Finals

Please take note for the upcoming EMMA Malaysia 2026 Heat Three (Selangor):
•⁠ ⁠Competitors are allowed to enter a maximum of four (4) SQ categories.

Android Cup Competition Requirements
•⁠ ⁠To participate in the Android Cup competition, competitors must use an Android Head Unit in their audio system.
•⁠ ⁠To enter the Android categories, the music source must run directly from the Android Head Unit (Players connected via Android Auto or Apple CarPlay do not qualify).

DSP Cup Competition Requirements
•⁠ ⁠All speakers (except the subwoofer) must be powered strictly by a built-in DSP amplifier (no external amplifiers allowed).
•⁠ ⁠Limited to one (1) DSP amplifier only.
•⁠ ⁠External amplifiers are only permitted for the monoblock/subwoofer.

Best of Sound 4000 (SQ)
Best of Sound 8000 (SQ)
Best of Sound Unlimited (SQ)
•⁠ 3 Trophy for Champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up

King of Sound (SQ)
•⁠ ⁠Only the Champion will receive a trophy.

Participation Requirements
•⁠ ⁠To enter the Sound Cup, competitors must first register in at least one Sound Quality (SQ) category across levels 1–10 (ENTRY, SKILLED, or MASTER) to join best of sound and king of sound.

Judging & Track Rules
•⁠ ⁠ESQL Inside: Competitors can select their own tracks for Listening Pleasure judging, but Tonality judging will be conducted strictly using Track 16.
•⁠ ⁠Best of Sound: Competitors can select their own tracks for Listening Pleasure judging, and volume adjustments are allowed during the judging session.
•⁠ ⁠Sound of Excellence and King of Sound: Judging will be conducted using official EMMA tracks only.
•⁠ Friendship cup: Judging will be conducted using official EMMA tracks only.

Media Copyright Requirement
•⁠ ⁠To ensure compliance with media copyright regulations, must present EMMA 2026 USB.

EMMA Malaysia 2026, Heat Two
Best of Sound Unlimited – Result Clarification

We sincerely apologize for the oversight in the final results. The 2nd Runner-Up and 4th Place had the same total points (242), but the TA result was overlooked during the final review.

After checking again, the 2nd Runner-Up scored 94 TA points, while 4th Place scored 92 TA points.

Congratulations to Kelvin Ooi, Installer: CK Hyper Tuned, representing Team Rock Power Malaysia, on being confirmed as the rightful winner! 👏

The trophy has also been delivered to the winner on yesterday.

Our sincere apologies for the mistake and any confusion caused. Thank you to all competitors for your understanding and support.
