《慈悲爱心结缘基金会》是坐落予麻坡县内一所非盈利，非政府，非宗教，非政治的慈善机构。所有理事与义工皆属无薪金制也无任何津贴补助。本会全免为社区提供：
1) 免费教育(全免提供教育与补习 : 无国籍/孤儿/特殊-学习障碍/单亲与清寒家庭)
2) 慈悲儿童之家(免费收留 : 弃婴/孤儿/被孽待/性侵/家暴/单亲/问题家庭之儿童)
3) 中医治疗(门诊/外诊)
4) 素食 (初一/十五/观音诞-供养大众，每逢星期日-供养老人院)
5) 心灵辅导
6) 济贫
7) 施棺 各位大德与基金会的菩萨们吉祥如意，本基金会从2017年年头开始运作至今的4年以来，本是一组由自身的家人朋友们随缘赞助也低调处事的小小组织，如今本着广利众生的慈悲愿力，将在近期内正式成立慈善团体予麻坡县内。
本基金会是一所非政府，非盈利的慈善组织，所有的理事与义工菩萨们，皆是无薪金制并且出钱出力发心为社会奉献爱心与关怀的人间菩萨
。
而我们的理念是不分任何宗教任何种族，随处随缘协助所需之人，并把这份精神与爱心一直延续下去。
本基金会的慈善活动范围将包含义煮并分发予贫苦家庭，分发米糧，初一/十五义煮供斋结缘，免费教育，会话，补习,手工班和绘画课程予清寒子弟，免费义诊，义剪，免费教导健康舞以及逐一推广各项慈善活动来广利众生。
而凡在创办期间，如有慈悲的大德又或赞助商捐赠rm 500或以上者，本基金会将以牌匾留名并高挂在基金会里以示感恩.
本基金会也欢迎各界大德或赞助商随缘捐赠善款或赞助任何米食干粮，蛋，菜，油，盐，糖酱醋，供本基金会义煮与分发予所需家庭.
由于创立慈善团体需有足够的物资与运作资金，所以恳请各位慈悲的大德与基金会的菩萨们，慷慨解囊并协助号召慈悲人士顶力支持此项善举，让大家皆能够以慈悲喜舍之心并同心同愿的携手造福人群，感恩大家，功德无量.

Sadhu Anumodana to all philanthropists and volunteers of ' Merit Charity '. However, due to having the intention of promoting charity on a bigger scale, we have decided to form an official congregation in Muar district.
'Merit Charity' is a Non-Government and Non-profit Organisation. Members come to help out on a voluntary basis. Some people give monetary donations while others provide free labour. Our philosophy is to provide assistance to poor and needy people where necessary, irrespective of race and religion. Our charity events include but not limited to distributing of goods to the poor and needy, provide free vegetarian food on every full moon and new moon days for the needy, and free tuition classes for students from poor families. In addition, we provide free consultation for Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments, free haircut for old folks and free training for health dances. We shall engrave the names of donors for donations of RM500 and above on the plaque in our premise as a form of appreciation in return for their kindness.
' Merit Charity ' welcomes donations in both cash and kind. NOTICE
