我们会一起玩得很开心……即使天气可能不太好……但乐趣在于我们自己，而不是天气……

就像为人父母的旅程充满起伏……但我们的最终目标是共同养育孩子！

我知道大家都很忙……工作和生活都很忙碌……

如果你参加过我们的露营活动，你就会明白一家人共同生活的意义……不仅仅是待在舒适的空调房里，还要一起搭帐篷、做饭，一起经历一些社交上的小插曲😂

总之，我会积极乐观地看待问题，看到事情好的一面。

20 parents participated The Parenting Children Course (TPCC), organised by Mental Health Association Sarawak (MHA), Special Needs Parents Network (SPENT) and Miri Parenting Info Page (Persatuan Informasi Ibu Bapa Miri)

Facilitated by David Chiew and Uncle Hock in this 5 weeks coaching programme despite all the busy schedules and unforseen circumstances, it's rewarding event that we supporting in seeing parents grow in confidence and connection has been inspiring.

14 parents met the 80% attendance requirement and received their certificates today.

Grateful to every parent who showed up with heart.

Family first aid training

This is our annual important event that aims to equip family members to have the life saving skills, knowledge and abilities.

We do practical hands on AED, CPR and apply basic first aid to the pretend injured person.

We have seen many children after a few times of joining and the refresher course is able to help themselves to stay calm and help others during the small emergency situation - fall and split injury, splitter injury, etc.

It's a useful yet essential skill a person should have .
